"We arrived and were dealt with swiftly and professionally, they even took details of the rental car to ensure we did not get charged/fined for driving within the Florence city limits. The Quad room we booked turned out to be dual level room with a spiral staircase to a mezzanine floor with 2 beds separate tv, and a deck with table and chairs. The staff were coureous and responsive, the hotel well equipped clean and with modern fittings. Highly recommended."

"Don't be put off by the outside of the hotel as it's a little gem inside. Clean, reasonably sized rooms for the cost and very friendly staff. Close to the historical sites but not too close to be disturbed by noisy clubs or restaurants at night. Near to all transport links too. One tip though, ask for a room at the back of the hotel or at least on the 2nd or 3rd floor if it's at the front as the road outside can be a little noisy with traffic"
Top Tip:
"Make sure you see Florence from the Piazza Michaelangelo located on the other side of the river from the Duomo.......it's a stunning viewpoint. Be prepared to pay for church entrances and lots of school children visiting from other parts of Italy."
