  • "In my opinion you should avoid the hotel. To be honest there is nothing wrong with the hotel as such. It is clean it has what you want for the holiday etc but 2 things let it. Firstly the food, it is very basic and indescribable, put it this way they do chips for breakfast everyday! and we only saw bacon once, the evening meals are varied but really lack lustre. The 2nd thing that lets it down is that 95% of the hotel is full of Germans whom I now know to be the most ignorant and rude race of people I have ever met. "

    "The bars and restaurants in arenal are all pretty similar and cater for the German trade, in my opinion go further along the coast to Can pastille."

  • "A nice three star hotel, clean, close to the beach (~400 m), friendly staff. There are through year many people in the hotel. Because of that there may be problems with finding a free table in the restaurant. Even tough the temperature in the hotel is warm enough,there are extra blankets in the rooms available."

    "The price of water(1l) is quite expencive- 3EUR in the hotel restaurant."
