"Good location and hotel. Hotel was very clean and the food was very good. The only gripe was that the air conditioning in our room was not working ,which I found difficult because of medical problems. They said they had been having trouble with it and that it should soon be in working order."

"Lovely hotel, great room overlooking the sea. Food was good and you could always find something that you liked. Our maid was so cheerful and the rest of the staff very helpful and friendly. Only downside was the music all day long that was played at the pool, not my cup of tea if you know what I mean. There was also loud music from the surrounding bars that could be heard from our room which might put off a lot of people. This was very much a family hotel and not for those that want peace and quiet."

"The hotel was good in standards everythgng was clean and tidy, however we did have a festation of Ants in the 2/3 of the rooms we had booked. Not sure if this is becuase we were on the ground floor or whether you expect ants in hot countries. However we did complain at the reception desk, they gave us ant killer spray and told us that they will ask the cleaners to ensure they pay more attention to the ants (whatever that means).
We are vegatarians - so the first couple of days we were struggleing as the buffet didnt really cater much for vegetarians not realisign that we needed to book our vegetarian meal the preivious day before noon. Once we realised this the food was absolutly lovely, the chefs really went out of thier way to ensure we ate well and it was plentiful.
The location was a bit too far to walk to fig tree bay and therefore we needed to catch a cab which cost £7 for 6 people - approx for a 10 minute ride ( although it doesnt sound much when you doing it twice a day it all adds up and i thought that was a bit steep). It is a fair bit away from the main stretch in protaras too - would take approx 30 minutes to walk therefore again needed to catch a cab.

I would go back to protaras as we had a great time - i enjoyed the hotel too however because of its location, next time i would definatley pick somethign closer to fig tree bay."

"the hotel room was well clean and well maintained,the food of a good standard ,the pool and lounge area again clean and well maintained,the bar was the same although a bit pricey ,the room also had very efficient air conditioning making for a very comfortable stay,the hotel anastasia beach is sited in a perfect position for the beach(five min walk with great kiosk for food and drinks) will be back ."

"The hotel was very good value for money. The food a little uninspiring but reasonable quality. All the staff were extremely pleasant and the whole hotel had a really good atmosphere. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated."
