  • "Food was poor. Beach is stony, no sunbeds and sunshades. Sandy beaches are on the east side of Rhodes. Airport is too close and is very noisy."

  • "Asterias Beach is a lovely family run hotel with a good sized swimming pool and excellent play area for children. Although convenient for the airport we were not disturbed too much by aircraft noise. We were made very welcome and if we visit Rhodes again will definitely stay here."

    "The ruins of the ancient town of Kamiros, a few miles south are well worth a visit and the food at the fish restaurant in Skala Kamiros harbour is excellent."

AVAILABLE MAY TO OCTOBER - The Hotel Asterias Beach is located in the Tholos area, which is a quieter rural area, south of the main resorts. The hotel is about 150 metres from the beach, and 3 miles from the airport. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Rhodes town is only 15 miles away.
