"Although accomodation is very basic the location of the hotel is excellent to explore the city of Madrid. Rooms a bit rough around the edges but linen changed and cleaned daily."

"The hotel had rather poor acoustics so it was noisy in the room, the decor was rather shabby and our room had a view onto a miserable internal lightwell. I am used to staying in hostals and guesthouses and to be honest they are usually far more appealing than this 2 star hotel.
That said, the hotel was very near the city centre with some excellent restaurants and bars nearby."

"The hotel was basic and very clean with daily towel changes, beds made and floors mopped, good continental breakfast included but the reason we chose it was for it's location which was excellent, just where you'd want to be to walk everywhere in the evenings with a huge choice of bars and restaurants nearby.
There may be some noise at night when people are talking as returning to their rooms and walking on the tiled corridors and from traffic outside but was not really a problem for us.
It is only a 100m walk fron the Sevilla Metro station so very convenient to get to and from the airport or anywhere elas around Madrid.
All in all. for the location it was a very reasonable price and we would stay there again if returning to Madrid

"The hotel was very old and was falling apart. The room had a TV but was old and no channels were recieved so was a waste of time. The hotel is in need of a good rennovation. As for Madrid it is a lovely city but be aware of pickpockets they are everywhare !"

"The bedroom was rather dated and in need of upgrading, breakfast was good. The public rooms were all in nice order. The location is excellent, only 2 minutes from the city centre and nearest metro station. For the price a bargain."

"Top location, right in the mix of things. We had rooms on the 6th floor and they had surprisingly large balconies with great views of the local buzz. Staff friendly and helpful. Monday nights are fancy dress night in the bar of the hotel, great fun."

"Difficult to say if hotel has character or is just very tired! Pleasant enough stay, breakfast simple, continental but sufficient.Room clean and adequate. Very noisy due to traffic and lots of raised voices throughout the nights.Good location for Metro and ease of travel."

"The hotel is clean but quite basic with no air-conditioning in the rooms and the lift is very slow.
However, the location is superb, surrounded by bars, clubs and restaurants."

Had a really good trip untill my boyfreind was mugged in Sol! The staff at the hotel helped us a lot and gave as as much advice as possible which was great.
