"Appartments were clean and well equiped, hotel staf ffriendly, appartments idealy located. This is the second time we have stayed in these appartments and we will deffinetly return, we all enjoyed the hioliday. "

"The lavanti beach is just at the bottom of the street, you can see it from your appartment, the local bars and restarants close by are all friendly and welcoming and offer great value for money. The small beach at the begining of old benidorm is just 10 mins walk away but great if you require a small secluded area."
Elizabeth from Irvine reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"Avenida apartments are in an excellent position close to the beach and the centre of the old town. The apartments were small but comfortable and if you're lucky enough to get one of the corner apartments they are very spacious. They were clean and we found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. We had an inside room and while they had no view and looked on to a wall no one overlooked you, so you could sit out in relative privacy. For the amount of money we paid i would say they were excellent value and certainly better than I had expected"
Top Tip:
"Loads of restaurants nearby, would suggest Robin Hoods for breakfast and Caya Aragonesa for Tapas, also the chinese restuarant opposite the dove park is excellent value for money. The Solid Rock bar up near the old church is worth a visit Theresa and Kenny give a good welcome to all."
"EXTREMELY GOOD APART FROM NEIGHBOURING APARTMENTS WITH GROUPS OF MEN STAYING THERE AND BEING VERY BOISTERIOUS I.E. RINGING OUR DOOR BELL AT ALL HOURS AND CONTINUING SWEARING APART FROM THAT ALL WAS OK."
roger from doncaster reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"for a 2 star accomodatoin you really can not fault it.it can be a little noisy due to location.in a great location for the old town and the beach, taxis ,buses and shops.you can also use the sister hotel accross the road..
plenty of room in the apartment nice and clean, the rooms cleaned nearly every day plenty of clean towels and bedding,..we had room with a balcony overlooking the street..this is a must ,as the other rooms overlook the back..
also there is a large supermarket and cafes galore in the vicinity."

KIMBERLEY from BURNLEY reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"Very good clean accommodation for the price paid, in central location, five minutes from both beaches. Well recommended, although a bit noisy at night due to location.
Great for kids, as hotel swimming pool is heated, so can use any time of the year.
Great value for money"
Top Tip:
"Chinese restaurant opposite the poniente beach is excellent value for money. The smallest bar in benidorm, and caspers is great value for money, i.e. drinks etc. Both beaches are excellent."
DONNA from BLAYDON ON TYNE reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"For the price, you can't get better. Very clean, spacious apts. Very friendly helpful staff. Bang in middle of Benidorm's lovely old town within easy reach to the new town, about 15-20 minute walk to Ambassador Hotel or €5 cab.Beach is just down the walkway! We've stayed here 2 years running and shall be returning next year. Would even recommend for a longer stay. TAKE AN ELECTRIC KETTLE as it's just electric rings and it takes ages for a cuppa! We took a £5 cheapy electric kettle just to use and leave!"

"Look no further than The Queens Hotel for heavenly food at unbeatable prices. A 3 course dinner is €8.95. The best in Benidorm. It's only a 5 minute walk from the apts. The Yorkshire Pride 2 is in the New Town on Calle Londres opposite the indoor market, and the food there is fab too and a pint of lager is only €1.00!!! YES €1.00. And a lovely pint it is too! Just along from apts is The Pig and Whistle pub which plays fantastic singalong music from 50's to 80's. A lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff."
amanda jayne from birkenhead reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"I and my sister had a great short break, Hotel was friendly and comfortable with excellent facilities in the sister hotel across the way. For the price we paid it was total value for money."
Susan from Reading reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"Although stayed there before didn't realise how difficult to carry luggage down front steps until I tried to do it with a bad back! A ramp would be very welcome. Also the pick up point has moved quite a distance away when hauling luggage - about a 5 min walk. Thirdly each time I stay there I seem to get a worse room - first time I got a view room, second a back room but large, this time a back room which the bathroom in particular was very small - when bent over the sink my bottom was against the door! Have decided against going a fourth time."
Top Tip:
"The proximity to the beach, shops and bus terminus is excellent."
"Brilliantly located apartment. Spacious rooms. Very helpful and friendlyreception staff.Only negative is the overpowering drainage smells in the central corridor. Our room did not smell, however, our friends had the apartment next door to ours and the smell in there was so pungent it was unbearable. Obviously nothing the staff can do. They heaped loads of disinfectant down the sinks everday but it does not cure the problem. A shame because every about the apartment is good and exceptionally good value for money but only if you get a room that is free from the ongoing problems with the drains."
Top Tip:
"Best meal all week was in the 'Queens' siuated in the heart of the old town. Fantastic range of food served with expertly cooked fresh vegetables."
Terence from Benfleet reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"The Avenida is very friendly and clean. The self-catering facilies are above average."
Top Tip:
"I recommend the Pig & Whistle pub which is very close to the Avenida.
For great live music I recommend the Heartbreak Hotel on Levante beach front. (5 minutes walk)"
"We had a lovely two bedroomed apartment in an ideal position in Benidorm old town.
We requested an apartment with a street view which we thankfully got, people that ended up with an inner view were not so happy.
I would certainly recommend these apartments as they were very clean and it was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch all the people walking by."
Top Tip:
"The Yorkshire Pride is a good place for food and reasonably priced as well."
Dianne from Liverpool reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"The apartments were what we expected having stayed in the hotel Avenida. They were spotless, in fact we couldnt fault them for cleanliness, (clean sheets/towels, free soap/shampoo and shower gel). However we had an inward facing room with the balcony facing the tattiest flats ever and the smell from the drains nearly made us sick. We couldnt sleep with the window open because it opened onto a walkway. I don't think I would stay there again except if they could guarantee us a room looking onto the street, but for one week and the price we paid we just put up with it."
Top Tip:
"We spent most of our evenings being entertained at the St James Tavern in Carrer de Finistrat (just along from the Hotel Madeira. We met the owners, Colin and Mark when they took over last year, and they have done wonders with the place, spotless, food excellent and good entertainment all drinks at good prices."
Antony from Warrington reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"As always these apartment where fantastic
Avenida hotel is 4 star we are able to use it's facilities
we stayed in the avenida apartments no star but as earlier stated excellent."
Catherine from Tranent reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"The accomodation was central in the lively Spanish Old Town so there was always something to see when sitting on the balcony. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Staff were very friendly and efficient. A nice change from these big hotels with no character. The beach is just a short walk to the bottom of the road. Apartments are not cleaned if you are still in them when the cleaner arrives but if you ask at reception when you go out to have your room cleaned they will arrange this for you. Nothing is a bother to them. Would certainly use these apartments again. Booked though Travel Republic who are very efficent and would certainly book through them again. "
Maria from Preston reviewed the Avenida Apartments
"the appartments were basic and on arrival the room we had booked was not available and we had to go in two different rooms."
Top Tip:
"This is a great location as there is lots going on in the day and the night life in the old town is good. For the bigger clubs and pub you need to walk into the New Town which is quite a nice walk which takes around 20 mins"
