"1, people at reception desk are not at all interested in you or helping you/ they ignore you.
2. the rooms stink of faeces most of the time.
3. good breakfast, AC works."

"very close to marquet de pombal where there are many many better hotels. location of this hotel is very convenient for public transport including to and from airport. (no. 22 for airport)
Tamarind is an excellent vegetarian/indian restaurant."

Best Western Hotel Florida is located on Marquês de Pombal Square, right in the centre of Lisbon, between the old part of the city and the new avenues. The hotel is just a minutes walk from the subway network and within easy access to the train bound for the interesting cities of Cascais or Sintra. The Lisbon Airport is only 5 km away.

Accommodation

With 72 rooms distributed throughout 9 floors, all of which contain the appropriate facilities for your trips: marble-lined bathrooms, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Pay-TV, air conditioning, safe box and minibar. Soundproof rooms with double glass window and some with balcony. Best Western Hotel Florida has also at your disposal: bar, TV room, winter garden, laundry service and room service.

Food & Beverage

Within the Hotel building, with a magnificent view over the Marquês de Pombal Square, our restaurants menu offers some traditional Portuguese food as well the international pizza and hamburger.
