"Hotel was clean, friendly and helpfull stafff, near to all the main attractions just a little walk, food was of a good quality, presented and served efficiently. I would defintely recommend this Hotel to other travellers."

"The Hotel was good we had a huge room the only complaint was that after being up since very early in the morning dissapointed to find no tea/coffee available in the room. Breakfast was very varied something for everyone unless you are uber fussy, the hotel bar was very very expensive even compared with some of the upmarket bars and restaurants in the old town which is only a ten minute walk along the river.

"Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay in Prague at the Caesar Palace. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful. One very minor quibble tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been nice, otherwise excellent. I would not hesistate in recommending this hotel to anyone."

"Beautiful room, fantastic bathroom, hotel staff were lovely, we needed to stay an extra night which they were able to accomodate, and also we asked them to cancel our reservation at another hotel in Teplice, which they did for us by telephone with no charge to ourselves. Staff were very courteous and nothing was too much trouble."
