"Really enjoyed our stay in Krakow. Hotel was well situated and close to all attractions. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful and hotel was spotlessly clean with rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast was more than ample with everything you can think of to keep you going well into the afternoon! Would go back to Hotel Classic again without any hesitation and would recommend it to anyone."

"Basic but very clean hotel, staff are friendly and very helpful. This hotel is close to Market Square where everything is going, was ideally suited for us. We purchased our Auschwitz/Birkenau tickets from the hotel and were collected from the hotel and brought back again - this is a must, it was very humbling! Breakfast is quite basic too at the hotel but again very quaint and a little variety - was enough for me and my husband. We did a look of walking this weekend so wear sensible shoes. The castle and cathedral were amazing and worth a look. We only stayed 2 nights and this wasnt enough to see everything - would love to have gone to Schindlers factory. We'll be going back again, this time with the kids so they can see a bit of history."

"The hotel was excellent value for money. It provided a clean,basic room of reasonable size with a shower room . The staff were very helpful and I had a speedy reply when I sent an E mail after our visit enquiring about some lost keys. The breakfasts were surprisingly good for 3 star with a wide choice of items. The location was brilliant within 5 minutes walk from the main square and this was worth a lot."
Top Tip:
"THe hotel recommended a polish food speciality restaurant on the corner opposite the hotel and this was very good. We went on the city bike tour which lasted 4 hours , booked on the Viator web site and this was excellent."

"Hotel was great value for money! Very handy location just off the main square. Staff helpful and buffet breakfast had something for everyone. Room spotlessly clean. Would use again."
Top Tip:
"Also great Italian restaurant Cherubino at 15 Tomasza Street. Food freshly cooked - delicious. Also do visit the University. The tour is guided and very interesting plus the building is beautiful."

"rooms, breakfast and location all excellent and staff very helpful. Would definately recommend."
Top Tip:
"Try a hot beer from the local pub,( great on a cold day) The Oldmobils or better known as The Dog in the Fog pub.Good 50's and 60's background music. Nice steak restaurant about 5 blocks up on the left just before the square called The Cherubism. decent prices."

"Great stay,hotel clean and comfotable with a very nice breakfast. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely use hotel again, asked for a triple room and got 3 separate beds, not a double and single, which was good. People of Krakow very friendly, good food, cafes, bars and of course shops, enjoyed our visit and plan to return."

Property Summary

The hotel has been renovated from an old building so the exterior of the hotel is very much in keeping with the local surrounds.

Rooms are of a good size and standard and are decorated in a contemporary style. All rooms have bathrooms with shower only but are well equipped.

The hotel has a breakfast room which is located in the basement however as there are lots of restaurants in close proximity they do not have a full service restaurant, however the hotel has a close relationship with the neighbouring restaurant.
