"The staff were very friendly & helpful, our bedding was changed every day & the room cleaned every day also. The hotel is roughly a ten minute walk away from the beach, so i would class it as near the beach. There are two fast food restraunts near by & it is has a multitude of restraunts in the area along with cafes; it's also on top of a main shopping area so the location is quite good."
Top Tip:
"My top tip is unless you are fortunate enough for money too be no object, then i suggest that anyone vising this part of Nice take plenty of money as it is very expensive. Average price for a large beer is 6.5 euros."

"Friendly Staff. Basic,clean good value of money"
Top Tip:
"Go to Monaco by train. It only takes 15 mins and is well worth a days visit.
Use shuttle bus from airport to train station for 4 Euros compared with 30 Euros for taxi.
Hotel 2 mins walk from train station."

"We wanted a hotel near to Nice station and were delighted with the Amaryllis which was only 5 minutes' walk from the station. The room, though not large, was clean and comfortable, there was an adequate breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly. We thought it extremely good value for money and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It wouldn't however be very suitable for families wanting to be near the beach because of its location."
