Top Tip:
"Did buy some glasses, optician accross the road (sun glasses ...) excellent, much cheaper then UK. Try the cypriot meze at mamma's."

"The hotel staff were very unhelpful and regimental in their attitude. In my opinion the hotel does not deserve to rank in the group of the 'world leading hotels'. Breakfast selection was not upto 5 star standard. Swimming pools were not well maintained. Internet services very expensive and the business centre facilities were basic and simple in nature. There was little or no form of evening entertainment. Overall, not a resort we would suggest for others with young children. Beach was not really a beach!"

"Hotel was excellent, superb position, first class facilities, but what made the holiday was the service, attitude of all the staff. The experience was memorable and we will use the hotel again next year."

"Hotel was everything we expected. Luxurious. We upgraded the room to deluxe suite without own pool. It was perfectly adequate for our family of four. Facilities were clean. Service was excellent."
Top Tip:
"We ate in the fish taverna on the beach for one evening - but it was very expensive. There are plenty of good restaurants in the town at half the cost. We explored Old Town for a few nights and it was delightful."

"We had an excellent holiday and we thank you for making the arrangements.
The only complaint I have which may have been an oversight. We had no contact number for the Holiday Taxis as we were not told of our pick up time from the Hotel. However I was able to find their number and was given the pick up time and an excellent journey to the airport. Thank You."

Description:

The Amathus Beach Hotel is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World and it is located in Limassol, Cyprus. It consists of 199 rooms- over half of them are especially for families with Inland view.The hotel boasts, also, 1 Presidential Suite, 3 executive Suites, 27 Junior Suites and 9 Junior Suites the latter with private pool with jacuzzi. All of the Suites are with sea view. It combines comfort and luxury which contribute to enjoy a marvellous holiday. It has indoor and 2 outdoor pools, a variety of restaurants, bars, playground and an incredible view. The complex is 200 m from the beach and close to the city centre. The distance to the airport is approximately 60 km.
