"Hotel is in need of refurbishment as it is looking very tired. On the plus side the location is good, staff are friendly (on the whole) and good variety for breakfast."

"We were very lucky at this hotel because our rooms were on the seventh floor and the views over the city were brilliant. We had no complaints. The breakfasts were all you could eat which set us up well for the day. The rooms were cleaned daily. We enjoyed having a swimming pool.

We would definitely use this hotel again or recommend it to other people."

"It is situated within easy access to all transport and there are several varied restaurants in the vicinity."

"The hotel did not match up to the image portrayed on its website. The hotel is very 'tired' and is badly in need of redecorataion and refurbishment. Carpets are worn and stained, the skylight window in the restaurant has not been cleaned. They advertise a swimming pool but we were told that it would not be opened until the summer - we had chosen the hotel on the expectation that we could got to the pool as it was the end of May. some of the staff at the reception were help but others were not entirely upbeat and wanting to be of help. The bedroom we were in had a torn curtain and whilst there was a table on the balcony, there were no chairs to sit on. We could hear almost every noise from the bedroom next door. I would not recommend this hotel."

"There was a good Indian restaurant within 2 minutes walk."

Location

All the rooms vary in size from medium to large, with some of them having balconies. All the rooms have a contemporary décor, and furnishings include carpets inset into white-tile floors, tropical-wood trim, richly coloured drapes and bedspreads. All rooms have private facilities with air conditioning, cable television, mini-bar, safe, radio, direct-dial telephone and dataport.

There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there is a restaurant next door.

The building is modern in style.

This hotel enjoys a good location, and facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, bar, high-speed Internet access at reception, a bar and meeting rooms also available. MP 04/08
