"Unable to comment on any of the above as when we arrived we were told there was a technical problem and we had no room.
They had booked us into another hotel which was in the centre of the resort which was certainly not where we wanted to be hence the reason for booking into the Anais Bay.
This change totally spoilt part of our holiday and I am very unhappy."
