"If you go in July make sure you use lots of sun protection, sunburn is a killer when you want to party."

"The sheets were never changed. Towels only changed once.

The hotel owner was very rude and shouted at people all the time. My friend was shouted at for having hiccups.

We were charged 50 Euros for one weeks worth of air conditioning that he would not turn down to less than 24 degrees

It was sold as bed and breakfast but breakfast merely consisted of 2 slices of french baguette and a drink.

Overall this hotel was below the expected standard and if I were to return to kos I would NEVER return here or recommend it to anyone else."

"Brilliant rooms. Had to pay extra for air conditioning but it was worth every single cent. Everything was wonderfully average, at a low price. It was clean and for that we were thankful. We love Nikos!"
Top Tip:
"Basically, when you get there, get on Nikos' good side, and then stay there. Go to "The Rok", it's good. Go to "The Honey Club" for a few minutes, just to say you've been in."

"Only good thing i can say about this hotel is - well nothing!!!
bare wires hanging out of walls, toilet leaking, owner was absolutely mental, no air con, no bar, o 1 thing - you got clean bed sheets everyday - that was nice!!"

"Skala - a resteraunt near the beach serves lovely food and they are lovely people"

"When looking for a hotel on the website we initially choose the hotel andavis hotel as it said it was for young party people. However the hotel owner (i presume) was extremely rude , telling us to be quiet and keep the noise down when talking to people in the room opposite us on the balcony, other local pleople told us of the hotel and what the owner was like, apart from that the hotel was ok , it was clean, cheap and cheerful."

Hotel Details - Andavis Hotel

AVAILABLE MAY TO OCTOBER - The Hotel Andavis is in the centre of Kardamena, close to all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs. It is only a short walk from the beach. These apartments are recommended for young party people. The hotel is next to the Skoufezi Studios and has use of the swimming pool from the Agrellis Apartments across the road.
