"The Hotel was not as described. We were expecting an above average hotel, clean and modern. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations as the hotel staff were rude, the room was dingy and dirty and there was no outside space with our room and absolutely no view. Likewise the pool and surrounding area was very dirty. Our bathroom was cast in darkness because the light was broken we asked repeatedly for it to be fixed but they never did and eventually it transpired that it could not be fixed and they had known about the problem for some time. The TV didnt work, the remote control was held together with sellotape and generally the room was grubby and old. This is more like a 2 star Hotel than a 4 but unfortunately the price did not reflect this and we felt very disappointed."
