"The woman at the front desk was not really friendly, wouldn't even bother to say hi when we were coming in the hotel. Some other were really friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the room was useless as they never changes the towels or cleaned the floor of the room. Cereals at breakfast were old."

"The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was more than we could have imagined and for the amount we paid, we have absolutely no complaints at all. Ideal location just off the beach and with lots of shops, restaurants and bars in the vicinty, its an idyllic setting. Would recommend and would have no hesitation in returning to the hotel. "

"we were lucky that we got best room in hotel which was equipped for 3 people but there were only 2 of us but if there were 3 i think it would have been quite cramped breakfast was not the best but adequate. We were only there for 2 nights but i have booked it again for a short break so it could not have been that bad"

"Booked as a budget hotel as a base for cycling and it met all expectations. Location was good, right on seafront harbour and 5 mins from airport by taxi. Food plentiful,average quality and choice OK for smalish size of hotel. Hotel was clean , rooms recently refurbished. Locked cellar room available for storing bike."

"The hotel is exceptionally clean, friendly and very local. Situated directly opposite a beach, it is ideally placed for walks, transport etc. The bar faces the bay with lovely views. I have had better breakfasts but there is plently to choose from the hot and cold buffet for different tastes. I have been many times and will continue to stay here in the future."

"Although I would only rate the hotel as average, it is in a beautiful bay and a perfect position, the view was idillic and the staff were more than helpful. All in all a perfect chill out place. I would recommend paying the extra for a sea view as these rooms certainly do take advantage of the wonderful view. "

"This was a nice hotel, in an excellent location, in a small bay. I recommend a seaview room. Although we went in the school holidays, it didn't seem too busy. Spar shop next door for cheap drinks. Hotel does not have a pool, but you can use the Amfora Beach's pool (sister hotel). Although we did use the Alexandra's pool, just make sure you buy drinks there. I would say this is a clean hotel, good location for a beach holiday."

"Is a superb hotel: wonderful view, perfectly located, ideal for those who realy want to discover Majorca. Away from any noise is truly good for people who like the comfot of peace. A single minor incident occured when I arrived. A lady receptionist tried to convince me that in Spain a double room is similar with a twin room!!!!"

"Stayed in April, for a quick cheap getaway with my husband. The food was awful but we managed to find something we liked, I am a nutritionist and my husband is an athlete, wouldn't recommend you ate the food for more than a week although husband enjoyed the fish. Hotel is very clean and in a handy location. Never managed to find the pool that we could use but never looked that hard."

"Although hotel is not new, everything was clean and well cared for. Breakfasts were phenomenal! Evening meal was very good. We plan to visit again. Staff were helpful apart from one, who appeared a little put out when asked questions. Lovely views. Nice beach."
