"I thought the hotel was very good. It was clean and smart and the food was good if a bit "samey" towards the end of the week. As the hotel is built in to a cliff and there are alot of stairs, I wouldn't recommend it for older people or for children but having said that, there were lots of children there and all seemed to be having a great time - I would just be wary of the many steps although there are lifts. Reception, bar, waiting and cleaning staff very pleasant. Rooms were good, bathrooms good with great power showers and I would definately go back."
"Generally very good. Due to the layout (against the side of a steep hill) we had to take 4 lifts to get to our room. May be a problem for some people, but did give fantastic views of the Bay. Food excellent, as was the overall level of service."

"Very comfortable hotel less than an hour from the airport on self drive Good variety of food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Not well signed off main road at Taurito so improvement on signage and state of approach road to hotel vital . Staff very helpful and friendly. Evening entertainment ranged from amateur to excellent. "Tooki 6 grandchildren from 4 to 20 and all had a really great time. food was excellent as was pool and evening cabaret. Staff very helpful. Only thing that let us down was the minibus booked to and from airport. We sat waiting on our cases for 30 minutes lokking at the minibus organizer who didn't know what she was doing. We had to take the initiative to get some action from her."
"We found the hotel very clean throughout. Rooms cleaned everyday. Food was also very good most of the time, now and again the same, although there is a very good choice. We hired a car which I think is very important at this hotel unless you are happy either just staying there all day or happy either catching buses or walking long distances. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay."

"The apartment suite was fantastic. Views superb. Although not much going on in the area, we had hired a car so we were able to travel about. We do like a quiet area anyway. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff helpful. All inclusive is very beneficial, although the food could have been a little hotter, but plenty of choice, so no complaints at all. We were on reception level but a few holiday makers were complaining about being on the top floors, with all the lifts, but as we paid for an apartment suite, we couldn't complain at all. Excellent holiday and would definately go back again."

"We love this hotel, having stayed there on 4 occasions. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. Although in a quiet location, (we do recommend you hire a car for the duration of your holiday) it suits us perfectly. The sunset over Mogan harbour is one of the loveliest we have ever seen. We do prefer the apartsuite accomodation to the room only, as you have kitchen facilities including a small fridge which enables you to make refreshments in your room. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet break. Mogan is only a couple of minutes away by car and the hotel does have a daily bus service but if you like to get about in the evenings as we do then you would need a car."
