"The room we had faced the road and a security fence so was not that nice however it ws clean and had fresh towels and sheets daily. There could have been a kettle in the room too. Travel republic were excellent however, changing the hotel on request and everything ran very smoothly. Will definitely consider using them again though not to playa de las americas which has become ridiculously expensive"
"We stayed in a two bed apartment that was very large. We ate out most of the time as did most guests it seemed. It provided our basic requirements except for a kettle. We overcame the lack of air conditioning by hiring 2 electric fans. It was cleaned daily. We appeared to have the only apartment without a balcony, but although we would have preferred one, this was not too much of a problem. Close proximity to a supermarket, the nice beach and plenty of bars and restaurants made it an ideal spot. The 2 pools were not too big but were clean and adequate. It was easy to obtain a sunbed although they were uncomfortable and in need of renewal. Staff were friendly. Overall, we considered it to be very good value for money."
"We are an elderly couple, one of whom relies on an electric wheelchair to get around. We were allocated a very spacious one bed apartment on the ground floor which we were very pleased with. It was spotlessly clean - cleaned thoroughly every day; clean towels every day; bed linen changed three times a week (all more than expected). Its location means that you are very close to a large supermarket (ideal as we were self-catering); 10 minutes 'slow' walk to the beach and even less to all shops, bars and restaurants. We are regular visitors to Tenerife, for long stays, and usually go to 4 * hotels on HB, but we really enjoyed the independence of self-catering and wish we had done it years ago. Many thanks to the Andorra and Travel Republic for an enjoyable stay and great value for money. "

" we were at the front of this hotel and although the traffic was a bit noisy we coped with it as we could shut the windows (not hot yet) No ceiling fan or air com at all and no kettle toaster etc which one gets used to but never the less the hotel was very clean and in a good location First time flying with exel good flight out but coming home delayed 2 hours and then put on a spanish airline very basic but no tv or alchahol at least they gave us all a free meal Getting very expensive to eat out now in Tenerife"

"Hotel nice and clean, pool for the hotel was clean, apartment pool was in need of new tiles and a paint and a clean. Stay round the hotel pool!! Room was excellent, 2 balconies and large inside. Cleaned every day, had a small problem with a few ants. The staff came within minutes to sort them out and all was fine. 2 out of 3 of the Reception staff were freindly. Overall would stay there again definately, good location to shops, restaurants, bars and a 10 minute walk to the beach!"

"Excellent considering only 3 star, apartment spacious and really clean, however beds were really uncomfortable. fresh water pool great for kids who complain about salty water, always able to find loungers around the pool regardless of time of day. Really god value for money."
