"This hotel is definetly a european 4 star at best. However, it does have a very nice beach and is very close to the resorts facilities. Icmeler, is a very nice resort and only a short distance from Marmaris, although I don't know why anybody would want to go there. If you stay at the Aqua, ensure you ask for a pool view room, as this will ensure you have a nice room with a sea view. Some sea view rooms look over the hotel opposite, and although you get a partial view of the sea, its very limited. Don't stay here is your looking for a fast paced lively atmosphere, as the hotel trys to be safiticated."

"Really disappointed given that it is a 5 star hotel. As it was supposedly out of season (April???), the hotel was barely operational. There was work being carried out on the hotel constantly. The worst thing though was being constantly hounded by the 'entertainment' staff, and even at one point during a dinner on our supposed romantic holiday, having a member of that staff come and sit down and eat with us!"

"The hotel was above expectations. Clean, friendly staff, good maid service, great pool and beach and an excellent location for walks into Icmeler. The food was very good with lots of choice. Only downside was the price of drinks in the hotel compared with local bars."

"for a 5 star we expected to have full air conditioning, but it was intermittent, would turn off at night and start again in the morning. the hotel management also informed us they had no power to compensate us for inconvenience. as well, we were not told prior to arriving that they do not supply irons/iron boards due to 'safety', which was just their way of making more money out of guests. so if you wanted to press a shirt, you had to send it down at 9am if you wanted to wear it that night."

"Good location, food and staff. Drinks, as you would expect, more expensive than outside. B&B better bet because although hotel food wad good the resort had numerous good quality and value alternatives."
