"This resort was great for my family the rooms are a good size and it is also a low level complex .The resort gave you free entry to the aqua park also there was a great animation team.The all inclusive had free drinks which was great but the food could be better from 10-12 there was only mini sausage rolls or lettuce and tomato or ham on crusty bread not great and in the afternoon ony cake at 4pm madiera every day but free ice cream from 10-6.The meals were ok always something but not much choice.The staff were very friendly at all times.Rooms cleaned daily .The rooms did have a kitchen but no utensils ie no pans plates cuttlery cups glasses etc
The resort is in the middle of nowhere but ther is a free bus which runs to the beach daily and also into Corfu town twice a day."

"The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. If the weather was good then during the day you could go the the Waterpark.

However the nightly entertainment was poor, the food much the same and the hotel was a bit in the middle of nowhere.

I wouldn't be going back there again"

"We were all very happy with the hotel, including inter alia rooms, restaurant, entertainment, facilities, staff, cleanliness.

The only problem we experienced during the holiday was when we had to confirm the flights. We rang six different numbers. Each time we were referred to someone else.

Otherwise, the flights and hotel and holiday were brilliant. We loved Corfu and its inhabitants, and everything it had to offer."

"The sofa beds which are in the rooms are the most uncomfortable thing i have ever slept on. I can usually sleep anywhere and at any time!

The food in the hotel is amazing. Every day it was hot, fresh and tasty.

The wasps are a pain by the pool every day."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Weather, food, drink, staff, atmosphere, water park, swimming pools are all fantastic and we would return. Although fairly isolated this was ideal for myself with a young family as I felt safe and secure that they were always close by and could help themselves to food and drink. Definately loved the Air Conditioning."

"We've just had a lovely all inclusive week at Aqualand with our 13 year old son, a few minor problems but not enough to complain about. Aquapark is very good, hotel very clean, food lovely, drinks and snacks fine, all staff friendly, free coach to beach & Corfu town daily is a great added bonus, the whole holiday brilliant value for money."

"If you have children under 16 and want to keep them entertained, this is the ideal place. The waterpark next door to the hotel and the fantastic animation team just kept them occupied all the time. The hotel was great, clean and staff friendly, so the adults were really able to sit back (if the animation team didn't spur them into action) and relax."

"hotel was kept clean, you had your own apartment with kitchen and air con. cleaned every day.
this hotel is purely for the waterpark only as there is nothing to do once this closes
have to get a bus into corfu town
food is very repetitive would recommend you take cash with you.
you could do the holiday in five days really
this is really in the middle of nowhere!!!!!!!!"

"Reception not interested if you present them with a problem, for example we requested 2 adjoining rooms (2 children 11 and 13)but received rooms 4 apart.The telephones did not work so we couldn`t even ring in the event of a problem. reception were not remotely interested in solving these problems."

"I thought this holiday was excellent and excellent value for money. I done a lot of research on this and it was better than imagined. The food in the hotel was amazing with plenty different dishes and very clean, something for everyone. The drinks on the all inclusive were a little poor but still well worth it. It was the aqualand so i dont think older people would be suited here and there wasnt many around! there was lots to do and Corfu town was close. They have a free bus service on to the beach and the town, takes about 10-15minutes so it was ok and its not near the beach but the advantage is that the beach closest is quite quiet, fabulous views and long sandy stretch."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Aqualand Hotel. The animation team were very friendly and got everyone involved in the pool games even if you didn't have children with you. The entertainment at night with the animation team was very enjoyable.

Would recommend this hotel to families as it has the added attraction of having Aqualand next door to it and is included in the cost of your stay at the hotel. Great value for money."

"I have to say that after reading previous reports, i was not expecting much, but was very pleased to find the hotel clean and tidy, rooms cleaned everyday and towels changed everyday. The staff very friendly and helpful (all but 1), the food was good for an all inclusive, although perhaps they could have more variety at the snack bar.
The animation team were good, always trying to involve the children, but the night entertainment for the adults was terrible.
The major part of this hotel is the free entrance to aqualand waterpark, which is fantastic, both for adults and children.
I will definatly go again, and would recommend it as a family holiday!!"

"On my 3rd night i had neighbours arrive next door and had to complain to securit at 1.30 am,this solved the problem for a few hours.The screaming and banging then continued till 7.30 am.I complained to reception and was told they would speak to the people in the next room,this had no effect so for the next 2 nights we had no sleep.The reception staff would not give me a complaint form and it wasn`t till thursday my final night that i got to see the manager and finally get a move,by then our holiday was ruined and we were ill and tired.I managed to speak to the top man at the hotel and he told me he was having problems with the reception staff and would take action.The rest of the staff at the complex are great,but i think the reception is the place you have to get your customer service spot on.The women we encountered on reception have put me off returning to the place.The food was acceptable at meal times but had nothing for children like chips,burger, pizza etc .The snacks were a joke and consisted of a home made sausage roll and a peice of cake so we snacked on ice cream and bought crisps from the super market.We would not have coped for 2 weeks with this menu and there is nowere else to eat for 6km so you have to make the best of it.The beds have bases made out of pallet boards and you will hear every twist and turn so avoid rooms 1313 and 1310.The pool is 2 euros a game and the entertainment is terrible.The only saving grace was the brilliant water park and the fact you get free entry when staying at the hotel.Finally the showers are crap and the cleanliness of the rooms is poor.The complex could make a handfull of changes and be superb but it is letting itself down on the most basic things that are very important for the paying public."
