"WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY AT THIS HOTEL, THIS HOTEL PROMOTES AS A FAMILY HOLIDAY, BUT WE FELT THERE WERE VERY FEW CHILDREN HERE, MANY COUPLES AND OLDER INDIVIDUALS. UNFORTUNATELY THE KIDS CLUB WAS NOT OPERATED THE WHOLE TWO WEEKS WE WERE THERE, THE KIDS GOT BORED LATER ON IN THE DAY? ALTHOUGH THE ENJOYED THE POOLS AND BEACH WHICH IS NEARBY. WE WERE HALF BOARD AND THE RANGE OF FOOD AND THEME NIGHTS WAS EXCELENT, ALTHOUGH AGAIN THERE WAS NOT MUCH ON OFFER FOR THE KIDS, THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AS WELL. DRINKS AND SNACKS IN THE HOTEL WERE EXPENSIVE, ABOUT £3.55 PER 500ML OF BEER AND £1.50 FOR A PACKET OF CRISPS. "
"If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus which overs good value then you cannot beat the Aquamare Hotel. The hotel is spotless, staff are generally very pleasant and helpful and the food is excellent. Beach towels, tea/coffee making facilities in room and room safe are all provided at no extra cost."

"New hotel which was nice and clean and the family room was very large. The only thing that let the hotel down was the staff who rarely smile or even acknowledge guests, particularly at breakfast when everything seems a huge effort for them. The hotel has direct access to the beach, albeit that this is very rocky and doersn't have any sunbathing areas or sunbeds, and has very pleasant, clean pool and garden areas."
"AM JUST BACK FROM AQUAMARE BEACH AND SPA HOTEL AND IT WAS FANTASTIC! FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY WITH GREAT FOOD AND FRIENDLY STAFF I COULDNT RATE IT HIGHLY ENOUGH. THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN TERMS OF FOOD I HAVE EVER STAYED IN - AND IM A VERY FUSSY EATER!! THERE WAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. THE ROOM WE HAD OVERLOOKED THE SEA AND THE MAIN POOL AND WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE - ALTHOUGH THE BED WAS TOO HARD FOR ME AS IM USED TO MEMORY FOAM! HOTELS CLEANLINESS IS 1ST RATE AND STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY - ESPECIALLY IN THE BAR AND THE SPA. FOR YOUNG ADULTS WHO ENJOY NIGHTLIFE THERE WAS LITTLE TO NO ENTERTAINMENT ON OFFER, ALTHOUGH WERE WE THERE BEFORE THE OFFICIAL START TO THE SEASON, APART FROM THAT I WOULDNT FAULT THIS HOTEL. "The staff at the hotel were extremely efficient and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the food was fantastic. By far the best food we have ever had at any hotel abroad. No tacky entertainment which suited us! The stroll into Paphos (in sandals) could take up to an hour!"

"Everything was perfect. We had an amazing time. The hotel was friendly, extremely clean, food and drinks great we did not have a sea view but had a lovely view over the fields which was just as pretty. We will 100% be going back. The location of the hotel was also close to restaurants, cafe, bars, shops and bus stop."

"We spent two glorious weeks in November at the Aquamare Hotel. The Hotel is not a 5 star as one know it in Cyprus but would add its an above average 4 star. We found our sea facing room was smaller than we expected for the rating of the hotel, however it was nicely furnished, clean, very comfortable 6ft bed, the towels were changed every day whether requested or not. The food was well prepared and a good selection, unfortunately despite "theme nights" the choice of food there was much sameness. - an a eclectic mix of Cypriot Greek and other Countries. Staff were attentive friendly and helpful especially on reception. Enough said, thoroughly enjoyed and can't wait to go back to the welcoming relaxing Aquamare."
"We booked a side seaview superior room but when we got to the hotel we were told they do not have any! At first were put into a front facing superior roomfacing the car park but we asked to be changed after 1 night. We were moved to a sea view superior room and the increase in price was waived by the hotel manager. Please note this hotel has no sea view superior room when you are taking bookings. The food was very average for a 4 star rating hotel there wwas no live cooking and no entertainment to speak of."

"A nice new hotel but for one thing, the food although of good quality was spolt almost every night because it was barely warm. We and other customers did complain, but after three occasions nothing improved, the chef would just shrug his shoulders and nothing was done, the waiters were embarrased at the situation, so we gave up. There was also no soul to the place and no niceties in the form of a welcome/goodbye, have a nice journey etc from the reception staff. We normally stay at the Athena Beach Hotel not far from this hotel, without doubt we shall not return to the Aquamare, but will return for the 6th time to the Athena Beach Hotel. "
"We had a really good holiday and would certainly book with yourselves again. Comments on the hotel: you rate this as a 5 star which is why I booked this hotel, however the hotel itself is rated as a 4 star and every website I visited after booking with you only showed it as a 4 star so I think that needs to be altered as it is misleading. The hotel itself was really good and the only thing that we thought it lacked was a courtesy bus into the harbour/town which is where all the nightlife was. We noticed other hotels around this area offered this service as realistically it took us over 40 minutes to walk this distance and over two weeks was wearing a bit thin, especially as the weather was pretty dismal over our second week. In the end we hired a car and spent money on taxis and buses which pushed us over the budget we originally looked at spending and felt this extra was unneccessary. Food and services of the hotel were excellent, although you had to go out looking for entertainment and granted it was bordering on low season but it would have been good to know this in advance as we would probably have selected a different hotel in a closer location or with regular day and evening entertainment. If asked if I would go back to this hotel I would probably hesitate only for the lack of bus to the town, if this was in place I would be more than happy to go back and recommend to others."
