"This hotel was fantastic! Exceptionally clean in both rooms and public areas. The restaurant was great. Food was limited choice but great quality didn't feel the need to eat out as sometimes do when full board. Always tables available and waiting staff very friendly. Could get wine with dinner and if didnt finish bottle they woould mark it up and keep it for next evening. Pool area was the best part of this hotel. All pools were warm and free spa was a great bonus. The outdoor and indoor jacuzzi were incredibly warm and the sauna/steam room etc were fab. Entertainment through the day was low key darts archery pistol shooting etc, no pressure to join in if you just wanted to relax. At night mini disco at 9pm till around 10.15 then parrot shows, bingo quiz singers etc not fabulous but just enough for people with younger children. The rooms were air conditioned and clean, could rent a fridge for 3Euros per day well worth it. Fenals beach just down the room 3 min walk if that. small resort of fenals just round the corner couple of brit bars restaurants etc main resort of lloert aroud 10min walk (slow stroll) would not hesitate to reccomend a little gem!"

"The hotel was very clean, the food was excellent and the staff very friendley. Took about 15 minutes to get to the beach in lloret and there are hills to walk up so not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Overall a good hotel that I would use again."

"Hotel was excellent for the money. Room & hotel are what you might called a bit dated, however this is compensated by being VERY clean. The room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels & bedding etc. My only negative, isnt really much of one, is that the maids came round early, when you were getting ready for breakfast, but when asked, they came back later in the day. The pools are lovely, the outside is quite cold, but there is also an indoor heated one with gym, steam room etc that all looks brand new and very nice! Half board was excellent, cooked breakfast buffet style was varied with a chef constantly cooking fresh eggs etc. Dinner was also excellent, varied every night. Steak on one night was amazing quality. 2.20 euros for a san miguel quite reasonable!! All staff we encountered were very friendly & good with English. The hotel is very near Fennals beach, but is fairly near to Lloret beach, just find the right route and it only takes 10mins walk into the center of Lloret."
"The Hotel is very nice and really clean.Buffet is good but kind of british...If is hot weather there is unheated pool outside or if it's not very sunny you can use indoor heated pool.Jacuzzi,fitness,steam room...Good location,less then 10 min walk to the centrum with all the clubs,bars,shops...No need a bus at all!There are some shops and bars around the hotel too.Nice beaches,only the sand is a bit disapointing.Basicly it is not a real sand but tiny stones.But it was very good value for the money.Recommended."

"Great hotel for the price. We stayed half board and although food was served as a "help yourself buffet" and aimed more for continental guests, there was always a good choice at both breakfast and dinner. Also there was a microwave for guests to use, if food not hot enough. Some staff (especially waitresses) did not speak much English, but they were more than helpful. We had a 7 month old baby with us and everyone was so good, even if language at times was difficult. The rooms were spotless and although the hotel was not on a par with 4 star hotels in the UK, we didn't pay 4 star prices! Would definitely return. "
"very good hotel with charming staff and excellent facillities, the only trouble (as with most places i visit abroad) was a couple of drunken and rowdy english yobs, devoid of manners and language, and who must have mistakenly booked a couple of nights at this excellent family hotel, thinking its reasonable prices may attract other mindless people from that same country... Fortunately the clientele is classy and friendly... as its mostly french."
"An excellent hotel with very helpful staff , especially on Reception. Hotel is located in a quieter area of Lloret , which suited us better. Food was good with a decent choice and evening entertainment was just right for older guests but may not have been lively enough for youngsters in high season. Very clean rooms , but perhaps a bit on the small side by modern standards. The brand new indoor Swimming Pool , Gymnasium , jacuzzi and Infra-Red relaxation beds were superb. Free pool towels are provided ( 20 euro deposit ) and this saves valuable luggage space ! "

"Friendly, helpful staff, excellent food and facilities. Within walking distance of many attractions and amenities. Would recommend to other people and would go back again. Hotel offered a credit card system for buying drinks which gives you 15% discount."

"A lovely hotel with very friendly staff, great food and perfectly placed in the fenals area which doesnt suffer as much from the english lout behavour that is often the case in downtown lloret-the hotel didnt have any screaming tots or late night noise. Most of the residents seemed to be french which if anything added to the ambience of the place, especially at dinner. I will definately go back."
"This hotel was good. The staff were very helpfull at all times. I did not have the proper adapter for my phone and the receptionist brought one from her own home the next day for me . This is service beyond usual duty. The food was good but the potatoes were always chips. Only One day we had mashed potatoes. I did not mind as I don't eat many potatoes anyway I always had plenty to eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Entertainment was what we expected. Over all we had a good holiday and could have stayed longer."
"The room was right on a busy road, so we requested a quieter one. They moved us as soon as another room came available. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was awful so we ate out a lot. The receptionists and staff were all friendly and helpful and spoke good English."

"This holiday was not for me it was for my parents, but they have nothing but praise for the hotel, the service and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and they would definately recommend this hotel. However, the airline is a different matter. On your confirmation of booking form it showed that they were able to take 20kgs luggage but they found that they were only able to take 15kgs and were charged for the additional weight, which didn't start or end the holiday very well."
"The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly the food was a bit boring with hardly any fresh veg. This hotel is great for couple and edlerly people as it was very quiet on a night. The entertainment was not very good, but the eldery people seemed to enjoy the keyboard player and the parrot show! The pool is very clean and the indoor pool is very warm. On the whole the hotel offers a very relaxing and calming atomosphere."
"The hotel we stayed at was great , staff very helpful . everything inc transfers flights etc was all spot on , no problems atall we will be using you again , made things very easy.If we decide to go to this area of spain again we would definatley stay at the hotel aquarium again . "
"The Aquarium hotel was better than we expected and in a good position. We had a pool view room, would not have been so happy with the rooms that faced the street. Our room was comfortable and very clean, fresh towels every day. We stayed half board and the buffet food was also good. The reception staff were friendly and helpful."
