"Reception Desk unmanned No-one available to assist upon arrival in early hours of the morning (problems gaining entry into room) Charges of 2 Euros per day levied for use of sunbeds at next-door pool Rep very helpful - especially in arranging drop-off from airport in order to collect keys, thus saving expense/inconvenience of arranging taxi/transport across resort Overall assessment of holiday - VERY ENJOYABLE!"

"the room was fine its just if you arrive in the evening you have to pay for a taxi to take you to the hotel alpha (other side of town)to collect room key then leave 100 euro deposit.when you get kicked out at 10am to get your deposit you have to wait a while so they can go and check the room.if you leave on a sat the office shuts at 2pm which if you fly late you have to keep you luggage with you .like i say there is nothing wrong with the room its just all the hassel that goes with it. amanda newcastle"

" always loved benidorm fantastic place to go. really suprised by the apartments when we arrived as we got such a cheap deal, clean an tidy, staff friendly, pool area clean an tidy. stayed on the 20th floor had a great view of benidorm an the sea considering goin back for new year."
Top Tip:
"the loch ness disco pub is always good for a laugh, most places have 2 for 1 on drinks before 11, admiral nelson is great for a proper meal and the plaza does a fantastic full english breakfast."

"Ok for a lads trip (when not much time is pent in the Hotel) but would not recommend this hotel for a family holiday as it is very basic. "

"After reading various unsavoury comments on different sites before we set off I must say I was pleasantly suprisedwith the Aquarium II appartments.Great location great accomodation and cold beer.That will do for me."
Top Tip:
"Although in the old town which is a fair distance away, The Queens is a must for food.Absolutly fantastic food and very reasonable"

"very happy with the apartment, spectacular view on the 20th floor looking over the sea front. My friends 60th birthday party was held at this resort for that particular date, and every thing we needed to make this a great week was very satisfying for myself and my wife. A great time was had by all! Thank you."

"We use bernidorm every year as a holiday, there are many nice places to eat as well as sights and beaches to go to at this resort."

"When I booked this apartment I was not informed that I would have to pick the apartment keys up at a different location. I only found out by chance, I had looked on a review website for the apartments and it stated there anyone arriving late evening cannot collect the apartment keys from night porter. We arrived in resort at around 11pm then we had to get a taxi to the collection point for the keys then we had to walk back because we did not have enough Euros with us. As you can imagine it was late at night , we did not have any idea of the way back and we had all of our luggage in tow. It took us around 40 minutes to get back to our apartment. Once inside it was very tiny and very basic the towels were threadbare and very small, if you washed your hands on them they were soaking wet. This place is definately not recommended, the only plus side to it was the location."
Top Tip:
"Try Panneil's restaurant just off walking street in Old town, it is excellent value for money, the food and service are first class. Expect to pay around 12 Euro for a three course meal without drinks. It gets very busy so booking is recommended."

"Having used these apartments for several years now i feel i can recommend them . They are pretty basic but have always been very clean, noise free and close to most of the places in Benidorm i wanted to visit. There is a lovely italian restuarant within 200 yds of them which serves pasta dishes to die for."

"We have stayed at the aquarium ii a number of times and always found it good value for money,clean and comfortable nicely located away from noise but not to far from all amenities and beach. Possibly the only bad thing is that if you arrive after 8pm you have to go to another block of apartments to obtain your key,fortunatly i always have a car so it is not a problem but if you were travelling by coach from airport it would be problem,we are going back in november. thanks w.t.haughton "

"There wasn't any double bed Just sofa Which wasn't really comfortable. We had lots of problem with the elevator as well but the place was beautiful"

"apts really clean and well maintaned,good sized bedroom,american style kitchen very functional but you would be pushed to cook anything but a basic meal.Pool was not open when we stayed( March) but was not a problem as beach was only 5 minutes away.Generally would recommend Aquarius II to anyone wishing to stay in this part of Benidorm. Have already booked for 2007."

"good selection of shops, bars and restaurants with-in walking distance, just walk and look around "
