"Hotel was fine but in need of a coat of paint and a freshen up of decoration. We stayed there two years ago and the general decoration and look was much better then. Breakfast pretty average. It is disappointing that they cannot offer coffee other than a machine but the coffee is fine. Certainly, a little expensive and probably more a three star. Maybe better value elsewhere but the hotel is nowhere near as bad as some of its reviews. Anyone who has booked it doesn't need to worry."
Top Tip:
"Excellent small family run restaurant on the same side of the street - about 100 metre on the right as you come out of hotel. It is called Piccolo Spazio and it is superb. The Menu Turistica is fanastic quality and excellent value."

"Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Staff courteous and helpful. Excellent continental breakfast. Our room was a little on the small size but the couple we went with had a good sized room, just the luck of the draw! It would have been nice if they had a bar as there was plenty of room for one and is nice to meet there before going out or for a nightcap.
On the whole would highly recommend the hotel and would certainly return there ourselves - would just ask for larger room!!"
Top Tip:
"Excellent place to eat - Andreas - straight down the street from main entrance - just tables out on footpath but again very clean and the best pasta and pizza we tasted. Very cheap to eat and drink there and the owner was brilliant, friendly and we had lots of fun there."

Hotel Details - Archimede Hotel

This is a traditional Italian palazzo with a creme facade. Rooms are medium in size and tastefully decorated. The hotel is furnished in an elegant and grand style and decorated in creams and pastels giving a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The fabrics of the hotel are well-coordinated in green colour and the breakfast room respects the elegance of the hotel. The hotel is of a good standard and in an ideal location in the city centre, at the right side of the Termini Station.
