Jon from Darlington reviewed the Ardmore Hotel
"The hotel was no where near town. We had to get taxi's and buses which cost a fortune. The breakfast was very poor! The staff were mostly ignorant and we even had a few things go missing from our room. Will not be staying here again and will not recomend it to anyone! Rooms are average, no better than a travel inn!"
"The hotel was nice, warm and clean. the staff were efficient and the breakfast was good. Security at the hotel was good."
Top Tip:
"The hotel, although a couple of km from the city centre, is in a pretty tough part of Dublin so I would advise getting taxis everywhere rather than walking after dark."

Property Summary
This is a new building, which is modern in design, dominated by glass.
The bedrooms are all contemporary in style with leather arm chairs and burgundy curtains and bed covers. All rooms have a modern feel and with the launch of the Executive Floor in 2007 this makes the hotel an ideal place to stay when traveling on business or pleasure.
Also contemporary in style, 'Cream' restaurant holds up to 120 people and offers a traditional menu with an Irish twist. There is also a bar called 'Premier Bar' which is modern and funky with leather couches and swivel-bar chairs. It is an ideal venue for casual dining whereas Cream restaurant offers a more sophisticated a la carte experience.
The hotel also boasts 2 conference rooms, 100 spaces for car parking and offers easy access to the city centre. This is an excellent product and offers good value for money. (BL 05/2007)
