"this hotel is what you would expect for a 3 star,the food was average the rooms were basic but very big,but if you want a good nights sleep then forget it,arenal is smack next to linekers which doesnt finish while 4ock.cant beat the location though 5mins walk to all the nightlife"

"A great hotel in general. I holiday in Ibiza evey year and usually stay in the apartments across the road form this hotel and cheakily use the hotel pool, so this year we decided to stay in the hotel so we couldn't get kicked out. We stayed bed and breakfast which I would reccommend as San Antonio has so many great places to eat out on an evening. I was disappointed as I we travelled as two couples and we asked for rooms next to each other and we didn't get them, despite the fact the hotel was not full. We did not get a sea view as requested either. Upon arrival at 11pm, so well after the check in time, we were given the keys to a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbisg piled up and dirty towels and bedding. I'm sure this was a one off, and we were moved and after that the maid visited every day. The location in my opinion cannot be beaten, you can site at the back of the hotel and literally be on the beach without going on the sand, the view is amazing and the pool, bar and snack bar are the best I have come across in San Antonio."
"Great location right on the beach in the middle of San Antonio, there was a good mix of families and older couples when i was there, food good especially the breakfast menu. Would recommend this hotel for the older (past the 18-30) person"
"Restaurant needs reorganising. Toaster and drink machines should not be together. Cutlery should not be in the middle of hot and cold food. This would avoid the long queues and we went at a quiet time.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BUY SOME SOUP DISHES...WHY DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOUP IN A BREAKFAST CUP? Otherwise excellent..."
"Food was excellent something delicious each evening. My four year old child always found something to eat pasta, chips, potatos, cheese, ham etc. The rooms were lovely and cool with the fan and air conditioning. The scenery from the balcony (sea view) was exquisite however noisy at 6 am in the morning with the clubbers returning however only noticed the first night when hadn't had a drink. If too noisy you could ask to move to pool view which I would suppose is much quieter. Ibizia is brilliant something for everybody. There was 13 of us ranging from 60 - 1 year old. The kids parks are great. Overall we had a fab time roll on next year."
"The hotel staff were nice and friendly and the food was very good.Also a special mention about the hotel entertainer the little man can't think of is name who kept our family amused all week.The hotel even gave my wife a bottle of champagne on her birthday. This was our second year here will be back next year."

"whilst staying in the hotel there was a problem with the locks on our room. We ended up locked in the room. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us, even moving us to a larger family room for the rest of our stay at no extra cost."
