"The room we stayed in had no air con, one of the windows were broken and also one of the bedroom door handles. Maides were hardly there. We were on the top floor and the lift hardly worked (a person was stuck in the lift pressing the alarm but there was no manager around to hear it, the bar was shut so the only person I could find was a maid but she never spoke english I had to show her what had happened). The manager was never around and barely spoke english, on the day we checked out he was not there so we had to leave him with the deposit we paid for our safety deposit box, we called him but he expected us to wait for him knowing we had a flight to catch. I would seriously NOT recommend the arlanza to anyone."
"A good, basic standard of accommodation that was cleaned daily. Plenty of space for two but could have slept up to six. Very reasonable cost. Fridge, freezer, oven, hob means you can truly self-cater. Nice terrace where we had breakfast. 200 yards to the beach, 400 yards to Bora Bora, 100 yards to local Spar shop. There was a pool and bar at the complex. Would recommend and would stay there in the future."
"When we arrived at the Arlanza Bossa Apapartments in Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza, where we had a reservation,we found it closed down. After some hassle and frustration we found that we were to be accomodated in the Jet Apartments - but no one had warned us of this. It was due to our own initiative that we managed to find where we were staying, with the help of a local chap who was great in the assistance that we got from him. The Jet Apartments were fine. "
"Room was not ready on arrival due to vandalism by previous occupants but alternative room was available for the first night and everything was fine after that."
