GABRIELLE TERESA from ASHTEAD reviewed the Arlington Dublin Hotel
"the hotel was quite large.the main problem was the lack of air conditioning.we stayed for a wedding and just getting ready left me partner drenched in sweat, not the perfect start to a wedding!!also the we discovered the bed had a plastic undersheet which also left my partner in a pool of sweat each morning, not discovered till last morning.there was no fridge in the room which was a big disappointment and the window was security locked to only open a certain amount.
staff were pleasant but did not ask whether we enjoyd our stay on checking out!!
all in all a little disappointing."
GILLIAN from WIRRAL reviewed the Arlington Dublin Hotel
"THE HOTEL WAS FINE, EXCEPT CLEANLINESS LEFT A LITTLE TO BE DESIRED ESPECIALLY WHEN TEA BAGS WHERE LEFT ON THE BATHROOM SINK AND THE SINK NOT CLEANED. THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL NOTHING TOO MUCH BOTHER. THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD AND THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS EXCELLENT. THE ONLY OTHER SMALL COMPLAINT WE WERE ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND NO LIFT. WELL AT LEAST IT HELPED RUN OFF THE GUINNESS....."
Top Tip:
"ALL THE EATERIES WERE EXCELLENT BUT DUBLIN IS JUST SO EXPENSIVE THAT A RETURN TRIP WILL PROBABLY NOT BE ON THE CARDS..."
HELEN from WELLS reviewed the Arlington Dublin Hotel
"We enjoyed are stay very much, unfortunately our friends, that we went with,
was given a double room with a connecting door, which was locked, but we were disapointed with that, also the people in other room was very noisy, but my husband and I had no problem except we thought the room could do with updating."
Top Tip:
"The hotel was close to the keys and to Temple Bar which had lots of restaurants and bars, also easy access to some very good shops, and an open top bus tour was very good as you could get off at places of interest."
Catherine from London reviewed the Arlington Dublin Hotel
"The hotel staff were friendly, the room was big, nicely decorated and very clean and the breakfast was very good.
The bar itself gets very busy and noisy on a Friday and Saturday night so not the place to go for a 'quiet one' but good fun all the same. "
Top Tip:
"The Arlington is very central, situated very near to Temple Bar and nice shops in Henry St and Grafton Street."
A from Bristol reviewed the Arlington Dublin Hotel
"Fantastic hotel with fantastic service entertainment and brilliant food-what more can I/we say. We had a fab break and the hotel made it for us as well as the great city of Dublin. We will be certainly reccommending it!!"
Top Tip:
"The hop on and off tour bus was just outside the hotel and the hotel was just local to everything we needed for our trip."
