"Our hotel was centrally situated. We did not spend any money on public transport or taxis but were able to walk everywhere.

"Great hotel, easy access to metro, buses and train service. Shuttle service to and from airport excellent and very effecient. Hotel staff very good, helped with all our needs. Room service kept our room spotless and clean."

"The location is excellent. You can walk to all the tourist sites from the hotel. Our room overlooked the main road and there was a lot of traffic noise - Madrid never sleeps! It was unusaul to have the bathroom and toilet separate in different corners of the room.

"we have just returned from a 3 night city break in Madrid and stayed at the Arosa Hotel (Best Western). The hotel was excellent, ideally located within walking distant of the city attractions. We stayed in a recently refurbished room on the 8th floor - modern, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel."
