"Having stayed in this hotel before this year we found it would really benefit from a makeover , the rooms are dated, the food is ok but no taste and some of the reception staff seem to have an attitude problem. Requests such as early morning calls were ignored, so all in all we wont stay there again."

"I have been staying in this hotel since 1993, What more can I say except I have never known a hotel with so many repeat bookings. Every time I go there is always at least eight people returning, although I do go different months. The staff are especially attentive and make you feel like friends."

"All public areas were very nice, but our room was a big disappointment. We booked a family room - it was an ordinary sized room, but with a bunk bed shoved in. The view was straight across to another brick wall. The furnishings were faded and tired. The carpet was stained. All we got on advertised satellite tv in English was the BBC World News. We were on half board, breakfast buffet was OK, but the main meal in the dining room was terrible ."

"hotel staff not very friendly
hotel on main beach road which at night is very noisey
with cars and motorbikes racing up and down and showing of
hotel is full of stray cats inside and out not very hygienic
hotel could do with a redecoration and modernizing
air conditioning not working very well
did not rate hotel much at all"

"This is the second time we have stayed at the Arsinoe the last time was 3 years ago and nothing has changed at all appart from the rooms have got dirtier, they get cleaned every day but are in serious need of updating the carpet was stained beyond repair, also the air conditioning was not switched on dispite what reception said, it was simply curculating warm air, reception said it was switchd on but the A/C units were below our room and not one of the moters or fans were running dispite tem`s reaching 39 degrees, come on management pull your fingers out and put them in your wallets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Being the second stay at this hotel we think the food had gone down hill but you could not starve.
The hotel and staff could not be better and made us feel good entertainment could be better some acts we seen three year age.

"This is a lovely clean hotel offering something for everyone. the food is excellent and well presented with lots of it. A good choice is offered at each meal.
The hotel is on the main beach duel carriageway and locals with very noisy cars and motorcycles run up and down until the early hours so the noise can be disturbing.
The air conditioning in the rooms is not the best and when the temperature rises it can be very difficult to sit in the room far less sleep so hire a large fan when it gets hot.
Lift No. 1 is very temperamental so be patient with it.
Overall this is an excellent value for money hotel with very friendly and helpful staff."

"Why this is not 4 star I do not know.
Rooms clean tidy and adequate including balcony.
Good choiceof food both breakfast and Evening only hotel we stayed in giving 4 choices of dessert every night on a buffet basis ( tried all 4 each night)
Only down side take your ear plugs.
The Hotel is on the local car /bike drag strip and there is a set of trafic lights right outside the hotel, cars and bikes with big bore exhausts race away up to 2 am.
Best 3 star hotel I've stayed in on the island."

"I found the all-round service of your Conpany excellent. We went straight to the Thomas Cook check-in desk where there was not one single person in front of us. This is the only time I have had plenty of leg room on the flight and no person needed to stand in the aisle to "stretch their legs" - it was absolutely brilliant.. Baggage handling was quick and was on the carousel as soon as we got there. Our baggage came off pretty quickly and we were able to proceed to our taxi, which we had booked through you . This was waiting for us as soon as we got outside the terminal. The taxi service was excellent in both directions and we were at the Arsinoe Hotel quite quickly. Staff at the Arsinoe are extremely friendly and helpful. . I would certainly recommend the Hotel and your Company should I require further holiday assistance."
