E from ROCHESTER reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"I don't think this hotel is a 4* property, perhaps years ago, more a 3* hotel. Entertainment very basic. We did not explore the area as this was very much a holiday to recharge our batteries."
William from Falkirk reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"Ideal if looking for a quiet and restful time - entertainment every evening was fair - would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful break - food and service excellent"
Roger from Trowbridge reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"Very good hotel overall, but the bedrooms were looking a "little tired" with wall paper peeling from the walls and the bathrooms could need upgrading or redecorated. The saff were very friendly and helpful."
Ramon from Harwich reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"All in all pleased with the hotel. Didn't like no carpet in the room
My Travel flight was the worst we've been on for legroom."
Top Tip:
"Coral Bay Beach looked absolutely lovely in the winter. I would think the bathing in the clear tourquoise sandy shallow bay would be heaven.in spring and summer. Lovely other beaches locally Very nice upmarket area. Something for everybody. Good chinese, italian and indian restaurants close by. "
alan from manchester reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"Hotel very comfortable, food good, and eventime
entertainment was first class. Very helpful staff at
Ascos Beach and we could find v.little to complain
about. "
Top Tip:
"500 meters away from Hotel was an excellent Italian Restaurant
called La Vigna inCoral Bay - outstanding food"
William from Leighton Buzzard reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"Would not rate as 4* but a good 3*. Hotel clean, but in need of some decorating. Food good but very bland. Staff great, seem to try and give you a new drink every 10 minutes!. Evening entertainment poor, and went down hill until they were showing 18 rated DVDs. We were in main hotel, the annex is down a steep hill, and if raining, you will get wet, though you will be fit. (Some older guests could not make hill and were re-roomed in main hotel.)
All bookings via TravelRepublic went very well, ie flight, taxi, hotel.

"The hotel gift shop was good value, though a bit limited in range of gifts, we wanted belts for our children (inc boy friends) and they were some of the best value we found."
Lisa from Tonbridge reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"Staff could have been little more helpful & not expect you to know where everything was or how to book different things etc. Gym & indoor pool were filthy & gym equipment was often held together with tape. Certainly not 4 star! Outdoor pool was so cold no one could use it & with the weather coming into the cloudy rainy season, this didn't help. Food however was great - great quality, quantity & choice."
Top Tip:
"By the way, the actual Coral Beach is 10 mins down the main road which is lovely & not at the back of the Hotel as the name of the hotel would suggest."
keith cyril from grays reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"THANKYOU TRAVEL REPUBLIC FOR BOOKING OUR HOLIDAY, THE HOTEL WAS GREAT, OUR ROOM WAS IN THE ANNEXE OVERLOOKING THE SEA (WONDERFULL). FOOD WAS GREAT, STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, ENTERTAINMENT STAFF WORK VERY HARD, AND A GREAT LOCATION. WE DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL."
W G from Bristol reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"We have stayed at the Ascos for two years on the trop, we find the staff very friendly, the service overall is brilliant, they do have building works around the hotel at the moment but that did not spoil our holiday. The food is varied a different choice of fish, meat, chicken or vegetarian every night, and the dessets are to die for. The only problem is we put on too much weight !!. The piece and quite of adults only is lovely, we do have seven grandchildren. We will return."
Top Tip:
"There is lovely sandy beach cove at the edge of the town, there are steps down to it, but the water is crystal clear a lovely swim."
D from Blackpool reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"We had a fantastic time for the second time at this hotel. I couldn't have picked a better place to have our honeymoon. Staff were really friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of variety. Thank God for the air conditioning as it was in the 90's. Rooms were well kept and cleaned daily. I would recommend the extra cost and get a sea view as it was well worth it."
Top Tip:
"Try the Millenium Bar for entertainment and very friendly staff. There are a number just as good on the same road. If you fancy a meal out one night there is plenty to choose from. Coral Bay beach was a beautifuly sandy beach. Beware of burning your feet as you go to the water though."
K from Liverpool reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"Our stay at this hotel was very good and enjoyable, we have been before and would return again, we could not return in september 07 as it was fully booked! The fact that there are no children allowed makes this a must hotel as we are a couple with no kids, the food is good and staff are very nice. All in all a very good Hotel ."
Top Tip:
"Coral Bay bars and cafes near by for that extra bit of entertainment."
Susan from Birmingham reviewed the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel
"The hotel was in a wonderful situation, staff were extremely helpful. Food excellent. Rooms perfect, truly wonderful view to wake up to. Probably one of the best holidays we have ever had. The only real issue we had was when the entertainment was on, the area was not really big enough to accomodate everyone. Well done to Travel Republic could not has wished for better service and will certainly book through them again"
