  • "This was my second trip to this particular hotel in 2 years, and the second time was disappointing compared to the first stay. The standard seems to have slipped a bit, which I believe is due to the fact that this hotel was taken over by another hotel chain, and it showed. For the price we paid it was still good value for money, but I don't think I would go there again."

The Hotel Atalaya stands above the Parque Taoro in Puerto de la Cruz and has magnificent views of the town, the coast and mount Teide. One of the most attractive features of the hotel is the lush gardens; stretching over 11,000 square meters and offering a myriad of tropical colours and fragrances, with tucked away corners guaranteeing total relaxation in a unique climate.

The 183 rooms are equipped with air conditioning, complete bathroom, direct phone, satellite TV, mini-bar, hairdryer, and have balcony or terrace.

There is a restaurant, a piano bar and a pool bar.
