"Very good for 2 star accomadation a lot better than I had expected. Trnasfer service with A to B was excellent prompt and professional.."

"We were all pleasantly surprised just how good the accommodation was as it was only a 2 star rating. It was clean with three swimming pools and we went as three couples and they located us all near to each other. The sunbeds could have had some cushioning as they were hard to lay on and sometimes in short supply due to some residents storing them in their rooms, perhaps there should be more control over them. The apartments were at the top of a steep hill which lead to the beach and older people or less healthy people may struggle getting up and down the hill. Overall very good value appartments and I would not hesitate to stay there again, in fact, one of our party are returning in two weeks and that will be their third stay there."
"A standard self catering apartment. Maid service could of been better, i.e. changed the bed linen only once a week."
"As everyone always mentions, the cardiac hill can be a struggle at first but you will be amazed at how quickly you get used to it!!!"

"overall the rooms were very basic, but adequate for what i wanted. however the beds were not really sutable, the mattresses were solid. absolutly no give in them what so ever. the bed linen was also substandard the blanket were torn, the blanket were so rough they could have been made from horse hair, the towels smelt so i would definatly take your own. Kitchen facilities were ok but i was eating out if i was planning to eat in the room it would have been a disaster."
"Rooms in need of updating, there was no entertainment and all bars on the complex were closed during our stay. Staff very pleasent and helpfull."

"The Atlantis was a spacious hotel but it needs a bit of a spruce up .The pool bar is a bit of a joke and the beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on .But the rooms were clean although the bathroom is a bit mouldy around the shower which is a bit off putting . We would not stay here again but if you are looking for a cheap break this place wont let you down "
"the atlantis las lomas apartments look very pretty when you enter the complex the apartment was very spacious and had all what you need , the only thing that let these apartments down was the cleaning .on our arrival i had to wash all the cutlery etc as some plates had dried food on them . they are renovating the apartments at a very slow pace . but i would still go back to stay there as the staff where friendly and the apartments are in a good location ."
"excellent apartments, really nice and spacious. The four swimming pools are great as this means there is no overcrowding and plenty of space to cool off. Practically on the main strip of puerto del carmen and close to everything. Cardiac hill is not as bad as everyone makes out although it does take a while to get used to, first couple of days i couldnt breathe once i got to the top but after that ur body gets used to it. Would definetly recommend these apartments especially for couples, would definetly go back."
"Ceiling in bathroom was damp and plaster continued to fall off leaving a mess each day. Hotel staff very good and cleaned it up upon request but really should be dealt with. "
"It was my son and his girlfriend who travlleed. they had a goodtime. apartment nice. It was his second time at the atlantis. everything went smoothly.. the lobby and bar area is a bit tatty nad could do with re furbishing but generally fine. maid service good. rooms cleaned daily. pool areas not cleaned so well but enough space to sunbathe. could have done with pads on the beds. a bit uncomfortable"

"Have stayed at the Atlantis Las Lomas many times, and it's always been fine if basic. However, they've recently put in new mattresses on the beds and they are enscribed 'orthopaedic' on them i.e. rock-hard. They are truly appalling to sleep on, and even a heavy sleeper like my wife struggled to get comfortable (although the kids slept fine!). Other than this, the place has always been perfect for our requirements - nicely placed aside from a steep climb up a hill to it, reasonably quiet and pretty well maintained."
"The apartments were what you would expect for 2 star accommodation and we found them to be adequate for the amount of money we had paid. Some bits of the apartment were beginning to look quite shabby and they weren't cleaned as often as was advertised - neither were towels changed as often as they should have been. There were a couple of problems with the apartment - the top of the dining table was loose and just placed on top of the legs and there was a sharp nail sticking out from one of the wardrobes, but once reported to staff they were very helpful and attended the them straight away. It is a lovely big complex and the pools are very nice and clean. It is in an ideal location, although cardiac hill may be a bit steep for some!"

"We had a great holiday at the Antlantis/ Las Lomas. The apartments were basic but there was plenty of room & they were kept clean and tidy. We had a lovely pool view from our balcony. The complex has 1 huge main pool and 3 smaller pools. Good location - near to the beach and the centre of the resort, where you can find loads of restaurants. Overall great complex, worth more than 2 stars. We saved £400 booking direct with travel republic."
