"Staff very approachable and more than willing to be of help. There was a good range of choice for breakfast and it was plentiful. The room was confortable and very clean. We also used the hotel transport for a trip and taxi back to the airport, both drivers were very prompt and very pleasant."

"Hotel was well situated and clean. Staff were relatively helpful although I think they automatically assumed the worst as we were part of a stag group. The water machines on every foor was a nice touch."

"Some nice restuarants in and around market square."

"Very clean almost new small hotel, well located for market square and many major attractions. Double room lacked few fittings and furniture! Rather expensive 3 star! "

The hotel is located in the centre of Krakow`s Old Town, close to the train and coach stations and just a few minutes from some of Krakows main attractions including St Florian`s Gate, the Royal Way, Market Square, Cloth Hall and St Mary`s Church. The hotel consists of 50 guestrooms, both singles and doubles.
