"When I arrived at the payed and alleged booked accommodation, late at night, tired and ready for a sleep before starting my holiday, i was told by the hotel that there was no reservation! I had to wait until the following morning for it to be sorted as your offices were closed. Absolutely furious! The resort was fully booked and as a result i was given a left over shabby damp bungalow, but at least the hotel were good enough to accommodate me. This would never have happened had you booked my accommodation when you said you had. I will not be using you again and will certainly not be reccommending you. "
"Although listed as one star this complex was easily of a higher standard. In my opinion three star. Clean and good accomodation, very friendly staff and good facilities. "
