"Hotel staff were all pleasant, bar prices ok, rooms basic, shower didn't work and food was plentiful and hot, which was a nice change from cold food on previous visits to Costa Brava. Breakfast consisted of rashers of fat with an odd streak of bacon as is the norm, but otherwise the food was of a good quality. For the price we paid there were no complaints."

"Not a bad hotel - rooms dated but clean and tidy . in quiet area ,pineda end of calella .walls can be a bit thin . foods ok . staff very friendly . bars nice - garden area lovely for a drink in the evening although can be shady during the day . pools fine . Would go back if the price was right . "

"The hotel was relatively clean and friendly. The buffet style food was of a good standard with varied cuisine daily. The hotel provided 'mini discos' nightly for the children. I felt the hotel was better was families instead of couples. The room sizes were small and beware of rooms given to 2 adults and a child containing 3 single beds with no spare to walk around!"

"15/8/07 Michelle and Steve.All in all an excellent hotel, rooms well furnished and cleaned meticulously on a daily basis, hotel staff lovely and food lovely too and in abundance. Pool area was a little on the small side compared to the amount of people staying in the hotel and sunbeds a bit scarce, but the pool was lovely and clean. The only downside was the amount of 17 -25 year olds in the hotel who were extremely noisy everynight by partying all hours in the hotel. However excessive noise was dealt with sharply by the hotel staff which led to some of the main culprits being evicted. The entertainment was not brilliant but we went out on the town anyway. Loved the stay here and will return again."

"25th May 2007 - It was very quiet in this resort. The nightlife was 25 minutes away. We were two ladies in our early 30s. The entertainment was geared towards the germans as the hotel was full of german visitors aged approx 17 - 25 years of age and was very noisy. Clean and tidy hotel, food acceptable and there was something for us to choose at each meal."

"Entertainment was not very good not enough to keep teenagers entertained.The younger children were kept happy though and we had a couple of hours peace most days while the staff took them to play.The hotel was not one of the best we have stayed in and there was'nt alot of choice meal times, but we did'nt go hungry and the hotel was clean and friendly not much to complain about really."
