"As i have stayed at the hotel before it was just as good as my previous visits however the hotel complex could do with padding on the sun lounges by the pool this was the only thing that would better my stay next time "

"The accomodation was spacious and clean. The maids came every other day with clean towels. The hotel is near to restaurants and bus stops so day trips were made easy. Hotel staff were excellent and helped with any queries we had."
"The room we was placed in was above a noisy bar on the first day, the drains threw up a horrible smell on a daily basis and there was no shower facility on the last day if you wanted to sun bath as you had to vacate your room by 12 - so you really was hanging around most of the day waiting for the flight."

"Good enough to transfer us to a higher floor at our request. However, first room had been refurbished but second one (on higher floor) hadn't been. Only access to floors is via lift, there are no stairs - a little frustrating when you are only on the first floor and have to take the lift down to the 'basement' reception just to walk up stairs to street level."

"I dont think you rate it enough I think it should be a 3 key not a 2 key it was kept up to standard they had maid service most days. and the pool was cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and always willing to help"

"we asked for low floor room and got one.The room was great,big and clean but was above a gay bar which was the loudest bar i have ever heared.The people at reception were fantastic and found us a room elsewhere in a couple of days.top floor overlooking the sea and sandunes,great move"
"I was charged extra by you to guarantee a room with a pool view. On arriving at the hotel, it was clear that all the rooms had a pool view. I feel that you misled me and the extra charge should be refunded."
"Only negative comment is no safes in rooms - safety deposit boxes in reception are very out-dated these days ! Otherwise very pleased indeed and would recommend to anyone considering staying there."
"Arrived and checked in with no problems whatsoever. Room, while being very basic ( what more do you need when its so hot! ) was very clean and the maids came every day apart from one! Although I was told that the hotel was full ( as we tried to keep the room on for a few hours on our last day but were not able too ) the pool was quiet and lots of room. Nice pool bar serving drinks and snacks."
