"Apartments were very good. Very pleased with the 2 bedroom apartment. Quiet but still on the doorstep to plenty of Restuarants and the beach. Apartments entertainment was subdued although the one man band doing the activities was very good with what he had to offer. Don't bother with Half board because you are better to be able to go out and sample tons of other eating places. All in all 4 stars out of 5."
"No air conditioning fitted in rooms,fans were available to hire at 11 Euros per week. Free champagne was delivered to our room on 50th birthday 29/06/2008(nice surprise)"
"Great! you would step out onto the street and you would be in the buzz of busy bars and restaurants but stepping back into the complex it was quiet, and relaxed. you 100% get best off both worlds!! we have already booked up to go again in october!!!!"

"The apartments were excellent. They were cleaned regularly, very spacious compared to other apartments I have stayed in. They had 2 swimming pools, one large one for adults and older children and one for younger children which is was an excellent depth for my 4 year old to play in. The apartments are in a great location. While they are on the main street they are so quiet and peaceful. They are at the quieter end of Puerto del Carmen but are still surrounded by shops and restaurants. ."
"The apartments are cleaned and in a good state. The setting is very nice and the common areas well maintained. Te apartments are much closed to all you need in during your hols (bars, rest, shops, and beach). I would recommend the Apartments to family with kids. The restaurant offers a good variety off food and the prices are well fair. "

"Stayed here in Oct last year as well. Very clean and well appointed apartments. At the quieter end of the Strip - We think nicer restaurants and bars. Smaller beach with another promenade."
"Apartments were in good location and clean - friendly and helpful staff. We had requested an upper floor apartment but were not given one even though there appeared to be plenty available. Also we had to incur additonal expense of a taxi as the Barcarola had no record of a return transfer to the airport for us. They telephoned you but were told none had been reserved but we had already pre-paid for the transfer. The coach then appeared to pick us up but we had already left and paid by taxi."
"excellent reception staff. on negative side was that apartments cooking facilities were a little poor given we were staying and opted for self catering holiday..cooker wasnt very efficient. other than that clean, friendly hotel with nice size pool and nummerous sunbeds."
