"All the hotel staff were friendly. It was very clean! The food was good. The dining room was orderly. We had a great time, and would go back."
"Hotel in general The service was not what you would expect from a 4 star Hotel and we did not enjoy drinking out of paper cups!! Generally this Hotel was sub standard and the maintenance was very bad and the cleanliness was poor. Cleanliness Some plates (not all) in the Restaurant have old food stuck on the bottom, the Hotel toilets are not kept very clean. Maintenance The beds have springs that poke you in the back we did complain but it took 2 days to get a new mattress! also the curtains came unhooked and this took 3 days to rectify, the pools had tiles missing off the bottom which cause cuts, hand dryers did not work in the hotel toilets. "

"The hotel and its amenities were excellent and the staff more than helpful. The main bar in the hotel lobby was always busy and although the staff were often stretched they were always courteous and enjoyed our attemps at very poor Spanish!"
