"pleasant area, although hotel has many steps between buildings. Great views of the sea and beach if in the right building. Staff were friendly. Local shops, bars, restaurants approx 15 mins. walk, once at street level. Road at front can be noisy if sitting on balcony of hotel block overlooking road. However, noise cannot be heard once patio doors are closed."

"Good stay, plenty of food and drink; good choices for everyone inc kids. Rooms excellent with cleaning very good and bathroom first class. Generally over the whole hotel there was a lack of staff and what staff there was were ill trained. I unfortunately had three separate problems with members of staff and can only say from my experience that the problems were at the very top of the tree who incidentally remained invisible."

"The hotel is huge complex with numerous blocks which are no higher than 3 floors. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have a huge ceiling fan as well as air conditioning to keep you cool after a day in the hot sun. If you walk to the bottom of the complex there is a lift that takes you down to the main road where there are a few new shops and bars (so there is no need to attempt the extremely steep hill!). My only gripe with this hotel was that at breakfast time, it was extremely difficult to get a table in the restaurant, and because of the layout (the food area is in a separate room to the seating and is quite small so it is chaotic!) but lunch and evenings were fine. All in all it is a very nice hotel with great views of the beach. "
