"I have stayed here on two previous occasions and have noticed it is starting to look tired. Reeption staff can be hit and miss-either friendly and helpful or very short and could not care less. Animation team and child care teams are realy good even though we had no kids they involve everyone and could not be more helpful. Even driving people to a local hospital for treatment so they would not get charged and doing all the translations."

"The hotel was good overall, however, although the food was generally good and there was a large choice at each meal time, the orange juice and coffee that was served at breakfast was awful. Both were watered down to the point that the orange juice could have been any kind of juice and the coffee just simply didn't taste of coffee! I can forgive the coffee as its usually an acquired taste and alot of people don't like strong coffee. The alternative; tea, was just like back at home! With the orange juice, considering they have hundreds of oranges growing on the islands & you could always get freshly squeezed orange juice @ the pool bar @ any time of the day or night, I couldn't understand why it wasn't available in the restaurant at breakfast. The hotel had lots to do during the day & the nightly entertainment was first class. The rooms were serviced every day & all the hotel staff were friendly, efficient & very helpful. "

"The hotel was very high quality - immaculately clean with an ample staffing level to take care of your needs. The room was above my expectations and very spacious. The environment of the grounds of the hotel was like a sub-tropical city park, maintained to a very high standard - for the gardeners among us many plants were fully labelled with details of their names and origins! Evening entertaiment was a of good standard. Additional services within the hotel included a nice sauna, massage and hairdressing. A small shop covered many of the immediate needs of guests. Up on the roof was a small sundeck (about 12 sunbeds) for those of us who like to go 'au naturel'.Having cruised on several occasions, the hotel was not dissimilar to a quality cruise ship. The hotel is within a few minutes walk of the Yumbo Shopping and Leisure Centre - the largest in the resort and although not very close to the beaches at Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas a dedicated shuttle bus runs every day to both on a half hourly schedule. Overall, the hotel is both family and adult friendly and offers a very relaxing base for a holiday. I'll return!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and found all the amenities to be of a very high standard. My apartment was of a very high quality and the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. I found all the staff to be very friendly anhd amenable. In particular, i found the chambermaids to be very good and no request was too much for them- my room was spotless and well managed during my whole stay (If possible i would like you to thank them on my behalf for this). The food was of a very good standard- the only constructive criticism was that there seemed to be very little choice of hot food for vegetarians, nor much choice for non pork meat eaters, not good if you are muslim or jewish as some of my friends are. On the whole, i was extremely pleased with my stay at the hotel and would return again and most definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you for assisting me in having a good holiday"

"The staff were very friendly, always glad to help. We traveled with 2 children aged 6 and 8 who would have joined in the kids disco every night but they seemed to want to go to the Yumbo and Ricky's bar every night where they loved the Drag queens and the shows. (Taxi about 3eur) The pool was nice, quite difficult to get a sun lounger but we found that at lunch time they free up a little. One night I did go down at 3am to out our towels out, the first ones there!! How bad is that!! The massage and sauna facilities were very relaxing and the lady was super nice. Rooms were a good size, we stayed in the family rooms self catering, rooms were cleaned every day. I would reccomend this hotel to familiesand the price through Travel republic was a real bargain. "

"room was excellent, service and food was good though they kept running out of bowls and was a bit frantic in the dining hall. air con was a plus but i was there in a heatwave for 3 days and the system couldnt cope and started blowing warm air air when the temperature was already 45 degrees at 4am. Lifts broke down with the heat as well, but overall excellent value for money, would go back there"
