"The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was set on the top of a cliff and views of the sea and the mountains was picture perfect. Great for sunset and sunrise too. A 10 minute work from the old town and 10 minutes by taxi from Naama Bay. In terms of the actual hotel though, the rooms are basic and in need of a lick of paint. However it didn't really bother us as we were out and about all day and socialising in the evening. The food was okay, a bit repetitive but fine for a weeks holiday."
"On arrival we were given a room with no balcony or view even though we have paid for a view. Only to be told there was no rooms available! Eventually they upgraded us to a 2 bed bungalow. Hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The only downside was there was only 10 English staying here the rest of the guests were Russain."

Beach Bqq very good though BAD POINTS Took bands off us at 12pm on last day when we were not leaving the hotel until 8.30pm - told us that the AI had stopped Very little fruit available unless you paid for it Room could get a bit smelly Mosque speakers overlooking our rooms Our return transfer let us down and we nearly missed flight home "

"The hotel is not 4* hotel however it is clean and staff are very friendly. Not suitable for people who are afraid of hight,you need to take an open left to go down to the beach."
"We found the hotel very good, clean, fresh towels/sheets every day. The staff were very friendlry and could not do enough for you. The food was very good and the drink always flowing, until the specfied time. Good for families with children etc. The hotel was very clean, although it is looking rather worn, probablly due for a refurbishment. "
"The rooms were adequate and clean, public areas were clean and staff were generally friendly The food was good although slightly repetitive but that is to be expected when you are staying for 14 nights and eating at least three meals a day. The entertainment was not good but again I find this to be typical of hotels abroad generally so this was not an exceptional case. The beach was great with snorkelling straight off of it and the beach bar offered a great alternative to the main restaurant for lunch. We had no problems getting drinks at the bar which is always a good thing when you are staying all inclusive."
"We have nothing but praise for the hotel. It is a beautiful location on a cliff top overlooking the small bay of Sharm el Maya and facing the sunsets ! There are two lifts down to the beach which is very well kept and has a bar and snack restaurant. You only need to go waist deep to swim with the fish and there is a reef to follow about 20 feet out that gets beter the further out of the bay you go. The food was a very good buffet style with plenty to choose from and that was breakfast, lunch and dinner. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and after a couple of days that would greet us like friends. If you manage to use a couple of words of Arabic like - shukran for thank you and - salam for hello, they are pleased you made the effort. The grounds are very nicely kept among gardens with two pools, one large and one smaller but overlooking the bay. I have visited Egypt three times and this was the best yet. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to visit Sharm el Sheikh in preference to staying in Naama Bay that has become so commercialised. We will go back next year for sure."
"On arrival the exterior of the hotel is a little bit disappointing but once inside it is very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Sports activities are available on the beach every day and most evenings there is some form of entertainment. The Animation team work very hard to keep people happy and the view from the top of the cliff is absolutely breathtaking. I would have no hesitation in going back again."
