  • "The accommodation (self catering apartment, not a hotel) was of very high quality, within a pleasant and well maintained complex. The welcome pack, which included some groceries, provided an unexpected but very 'welcome' start to our visit. The location, half way up one of several over-developed hills, was not especially inspirational and a car was essential. Some more information on the village of Manilva itself would have been useful."

    "Beaches on the Costa del Sol are not always great, - they are certainly not the golden beaches one is perhaps led to expect - but a nice little bay with a bit of character (and a chiringuito bar) is the Playa del Negra by the Punto Paloma complex, 2 or 3 roundabouts west of Manilva (itself west of Estepona)"

Property Summary

If you are looking for the perfect getaway, then look no further than Bellavista de Princesa Kristina. It is ideally located in the Duquesa area to take full advantage of panoramic views of the coastline towards North Africa. Bellavista de Princesa Kristina is furnished to the highest standard and beautifully decorated. All apartments have spacious lounges and bedrooms with private balconies, terraces or garden areas ideal for relaxing with a drink after a day by the pool.

Features

The apartments have all been designed for the Spanish way of life and all have spacious lounges and bedrooms with private terraces or garden areas for relaxing, sunbathing and entertaining. All apartments have a theme, which runs all the way throughout with the unique final touches originally sourced such as vibrant water colours from Marbella. Furnishings are modern and luxurious and all apartments have fully fitted kitchens including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, utility room. The lounge has a TV, DVD/CD player and the complex has underground parking. Bedrooms offer ample storage space with matching bedding including throws and pillows. At least one bedroom in each apartment offers an en suite bathroom. ***DUE TO THE PROPERTY NOT HAVING A RECEPTION CUSTOMERS MUST PICK KEYS UP FROM EASY PARKING JUST OUTSIDE MALAGA AIRPORT. INSTRUCTIONS ARE DETAILED BELOW; KEY COLLECTION POINT On leaving Malaga Airport follow the exit road until you come to a roundabout. This is the first roundabout you will reach. Take the third exit off this roundabout being very careful, as the traffic can be very heavy. As you exit the roundabout you will see a NIZA garage in front of you, turn right. Continue for approximately 200 metres until you see EASY PARKING on your left hand side. It is a large green and blue building with EASY PARKING above it and is next door to the large blue CROWN CAR building. EASY PARKING is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You need to collect your APARTMENT/TOWNHOUSE keys from EASY PARKING. You will be required to sign an inventory form, show your passport and give credit card details. Location

A short drive away is one of the coast’s best kept secrets, the port of La Duquesa. The port offers the perfect environment in which to relax and unwind with an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and bars offering local and international cuisine. It has an inviting seafront promenade with outstanding cafes and bars. Estepona is also close at hand. Also within easy reach is the elegant resort of Sotogrande with its wonderful marina, fine restaurants and bars. For duty free shopping Gibraltar is also a short drive away. Perfect fir a day of shopping and a chance to experience the Rock of Gibraltar. The region is also a golfers paradise with some excellent courses nearby.
