very good hotel, was upgraded to a suite, food and staff very good, couldn't fault it, will stay there again.
Possiden bar next door to hotel, cheap and cheerful, good meeting place, excellent for a sundowner.
Our party of 5 stayed for 7 days . The food put 2 of our party in bead for 2 days ,we went on holiday for a good time but didnt expect this we will not stay there again.
Romans is a great place to dance 4.30----7.30
Hotel is in a great location just 2 blocks from Levante Beach. I've used this hotel 3 times now and can't fault it.
The rooms and communal areas are very clean and also, the resturant has a good choice for meals.
The hotel has a happy hour on at the bar every night from 5-7pm which is good value for money.
Toscana- an italian restuarant just down the road from the hotel is beautiful. We went for my mothers birthday and the food was fab!!!
Very restfull just what i needed, staff at the hotel very helpfull food very good will return. took wifes electric wheel chair and had no problem charging it in hotel or storing it .
beach is very good top tip don't use the tower bar second rate . When booking flight with easy jet with disabled electric scooter get printed comferment that it as been booked .
Third year in a row that we've stayed in the Benidorm Centre and, if I'm perfectly honest, it's time the hotel (especially the dining room) had a bit of a facelift. Staff, as ever, are wonderful there and nothing is too much trouble but the place is no longer quite up to four star standards, unfortunately.
With regards to Travel Republic, though, We have booked with them almost a dozen times, now and as long as they maintain their tremendously high standards, we will continue to travel with them for many years to come. Travel Republic are proof that sometimes you can get more than you paid for.
Catch Gary George (Comedian) at Sandra's or Zodiac Bar. (Or visit his Karaoke bar, Carousel, just round the corner from The Town).
See Dave Keegan (Almost Elvis) in The Town and the fantastic Timeless in Stardust Bar.
Don't miss We Will Rock You in Morgan's Tavern or two of the We Will Rock You team (Mark and David) as the fabulous Smart Move.
Hotel in a good location, 2 streets away from the beach. Rooms basic but very clean. We stayed half board, meals were of a reasonable quality, there was always something ok to choose, although we were only there for 3 nights. I think the food would have become boring had we been staying longer than a week, however if was good value for the money we paid.
Local beach very clean, some nice pubs along the promenade, very easy going and had a relaxing few days.
Second time at this hotel and would book again. Good clean family hotel & comfortable. Bedrooms & bathroom in need of some refurbishment although very clean. Too many nights with sequence dancing as the Spanish take over the concert room.
Central for both old and new town.
spotless hotel staff friendly good food near beach enjoyed our stay!!!
lots of bars and restaurants close by plenty of entertainment!!
This is the fourth time I have stayed here and found staff very friendly. Rooms were kept very clean, bright and cheerful.
Food choice very good and of good quality.. self service. Would use this hotel again as it is very near to the old town centre, beach, shops and restaurants.
Just a couple of minutes away from the vast Levante Beach, with beautiful clean sands.
Thorough enjoyed our stay. View from balcony not good but had sunshine most of the day. Too low down to get a seaview as requested.
hotel is not as new as others you could choose but was spotlessly clean, friendly, staff couldnt do enough for you, food was good, entertainment was an extra bonus, really enjoyed our stay.
new bars being built near by, central to all amenities
The hotel was very clean, also with a wide variety of choice for food. Happy hour in the hotel from 5pm - 7pm makes the drinks really reasonable. Great location, 2 blocks down to the beach, 5 mins walk into the Old Town and 5 minutes walk along to all the bars.
Levante Beach is only 2 blocks away and it's lovely. Also, Toscana an italian resturant along from the hotel is very nice and well worth a visit.
While we had no problems here I feel that a 4* is one star too many. It is in need of a facelift - the rooms are shabby although clean. I have stayed here before and I must say that the food has improved.
As a wheelchair user the only problem I had was the fact that there were only 2 lifts and as we were on floor 4 we had a problem waiting for an empty lift to accomodate the chair. On one occasion we waited 12 minutes, and on more than one occasion we waited for 7-8 minutes.
The evening entertainment was geared to the spanish and so we did not use the hotel bar.
Good hotel but the room we had this time faceing beach was badly in need of refurbishment. Food not of a good standard a lot of convenience food & veg always over cooked. Breakfast sausages never looked cooked & food was usualy cold but would go back if the food improved other wise good hotel & location.
Yes beach 200yds down the road & the tower lounge good cabaret bar 50yds away. Old town 10mins walk away
Every thing was great I cant wait to book my next trip many thanks
Romans bar next to the levantie beach was great for afternoon dancing 4-7pm
hotel excellent, staff great, rooms cleaned every day
near to beach and old town, also near to night life
The Hotel was adequate for an old hotel, food was very good, the rooms were clean, clean towels every day. the entertainment was good.
the hotel is neer to both old Benidorm( 5 mins walk )and lavanty beach ( 5 mins walk)
its in a great place for anyone who wants to see the night life but also wants to sleep at nights (5 mins walk to the best bars in lavanty)
Great hotel close to bars and restaurants good food
We went to this hotel with my son and daughter in law and our little grandaughter Grace who is just 2yrs old.
Booked in quickly at reception and staff were very helpful and friendly. Two lifts serving nine floors but you never had to wait long. We were there middle of June so although pool at the hotel not huge it was not busy and you could swim without bumping into water beds. The childrens pool was the best I've seen with two gentle steps for very small children, by the time we left she was cofident to swim on her own with armbands on as her feet always touched the bottom . Food was good although not lot of choice in evenings, we were full board and lunches were much nicer. Close to all shops and a shrt walk to enterrainment and clubs but not disturbed by any noise during the night. Bathroom was on the small side and too many sharp marble edges round worktops for my liking. Lots of dancing in the hotel at night 'not disco'. Bar staff very helpful and great to have happy hours afternoon and evening. Lovely bar/cafe accross the street where you could sit till the early hours and staff were brilliant. Would definately use this hotel again and recommend to friends.
The Tower Bar just to the left of the hotel where they had some great cabaret acts but you had to be there early to get a seat.
The staff was very helpful at all times, even at stupid o'clock in the morning.
The beach was only a five minute walk away, which was lovely & clean. Nightlife only ten minute walk away. Hotel was in a great location. Would stay there again, purely for the location. Nightlife fantastic. Westerner Bar, Cafe Benidorm, Hippidrome, to name a few. Looking forward to going back next year.
