Basic hotel but clean- maid service every day even xmas day !!

Reasonable food although not much choice. Nice meal christmas day. Reasonable bar prices 3.50 for smirnoff and diet coke

Bit of a hill to town so maybe not suitable for the less mobile

My room was cleaned every day. The manager was very helpful and friendly. I will have
no worries about booklng this hotel again.

Top Tip Just around the corner, was a friendly bar called The Drop Inn. Had good breakfasts
there when I turned up at varying times. Must recommend their hot roast beef
sandwiches for a snack later in the day.

Me and a friend stayed at the bermudas hotel apartments in benidorm from the 8th - 18th november 09. The hotel was kept very clean, breakfast was okay with loads of choices. evening meal however left a lot to be desired. Stayed for 10 nights and ate elsewhere for 6. Staff very friendly and helpfull. would stay in the apartments self catering.

Top Tip whilst staying there we were fortunate enough to see the spanish fiesta

This hotel is basic but clean. Towels are changed every day which is unusual for self catering accomodation. The reception staff are very polite and helpful, and each morning we were informed by them if there was anything happening that day.

Bermudas is a very tired hotel. Ive stayed many times in Benidorm and this is the lowest grade so far. Our first room on the 6th floor was not upto standard it had a badly cracked Belfast sink, the oven door was taped up with masking tape, the bathroom had a high level pull chain toilet. On the second day we had a room change onto the 9th floor and this apartment had 2 rooms and although tired it change our holiday. The so called restuarant had a set menu and was not buffe. The Hotel was clean and friendly but not proffesional. Otherwise they would nt had tried to place anyone in the first room. The pool was not swimmable as it was dirty and it smelled. All things cosidered we still enjoyed 2weeks in Benidorm. The price we paid was £821 with flights and tranfers h/b so the price was right if you can put up with the problems mentioned. There are curtain advantages though other than the price it was nt a noisy hotel, due to its age the walls were quite soundproof and the area was fairly quiet. there is a slight climb to the Hotel so anyone with walking problems would stuggle. We hired a scooter from Easy hire at 58 euros for 10 days its the cheapest scooter hire we have found in Benidom and very polite delivered to your hotel.

Top Tip lovely walks upto and around the iluminated cross/ national park, plenty of free trips, The drop in and pride of Yorshire are good restuarants on Calle Londres. As i say we had a great time weather only dropped below 25c on 2days when it rain, not bad out of 14days. No real complaints just telling it how it was.

The apartments were very basic indeed, there was not a lot of equipment and the room could have done with a complete upgrade. One thing in its favour was it was quite clean. Staff were friendly enough and it was in a decent location.

Obviously you get what you pay for, we did not pay a lot so could not really expect a lot.

Top Tip I did not find anything special but I had a bad experience at a change kiosk on Gerona Avenue near Sol Pelicanos next door to the telephone exchange, outside it stated 109 after signing the receipt she only gave me 88 and then pointed to a very small sign inside stating you had to change £600. BE AWARE as she would not give me a refund.

Linda from Derby reviewed the Bermudas Hotel

The Bermudas Hotel/Apartments are ideally located in Benidorm for the night life and shops etc. The rooms are very run down and dated, they really could do with modernising. We had a studio room where the so called bedroom was two single beds separated from the living area by a curtain. Beds quite comfortable. There was a three ring gas cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, which was ok for our self catering. The dishes and cutlery were a bit of a mismatch, but we managed. Cleaning staff came most days to change towels if we wanted them changing (you put them in the bath if need changing). The pool area was ok, plenty of sunbeds, nice large pool to swim in and was warm this time of year. This hotel was ok for the price we paid, dont know what the food was like as we self catered.
We love Benidorm and it is so cheap to eat and drink. You can live as cheap here as at home. Dont know if I would stay at these apartments again, as I think you can get more modern accommodation for a little more money or may be the same. But they are in an ideal spot.

cheap and basic needs updating. could do with a microwave and a iron.cleaners were in every day bedding was changed often as well. no deposit to pay on arrival unlike some other apartments we looked at, having stayed there twice now we would go back, and jordi on reception was helpful as well sorting out our departure tranfers out. good size pool and garden area all kept clean.

Top Tip yorkshire pride around corner from aparts do cracking meals recommend sunday lunch.beach just down the road and plenty of bars not far away. why not 2 is great for karaoke and has good atmosphere downbeside the benidorm joke shop

Beryl from Barrow In Furness reviewed the Bermudas Hotel
Check-in Date: 22/Sep/2009

Just as previous reviews said. In need of updating but clean and spacious. The manager and his son-I think-came across as being very unhappy. We didn't have any dealings with them other than checking in but we didn'nt ever get a ''Good morning'' or greeting smile, but would stay again.

Top Tip Drop In and Yorkshire Pride2 excellent.
