"These apartments were AMAZING! So well kept, clean, huge and with all mod cons. The reception staff are outstanding, always offering above and beyond the service you would expect - calling taxis, recommending restaurants, making reservations - you name it, they were happy to oblige. Not the best of locations. We had to get cabs everywhere but between a few of you, it is not costly at all. This hotel also has a great sun terrace and small pool to have dip when the sun gets too much. Continental breaksfast serving times are suitable for a holiday (not at the crack of dawn like some places) and the food on offer is of good quality and abundant. I cannot recommend these apartments more. I went with 3 other 25 yr olds and we had a fabulous time. Laura Sinclair, London."

"Cleanliness, space, matresses & hot water excellent & buffet breakfasts a bonus & generous. All staff very helpful. However, pool not open & sauna not working plus some of gym equipment. Location not great-a 40 minute bus ride or 10 minute taxi ride."

"Just bite the bullet & take taxis-bus journey takes ages."

"Two great clubs are L'Indiana and Las Dockas, both are around 15 minutes away from the apartment, both are huge and have great music"

Property Summary

Modern building.

The building features 129 spacious and modern apartments from 40 to 90 sq/m with one or two rooms and all with fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, safe, complete and marvellous living room with TV and phone, air conditioning, balcony or terrace. All components are of a high standard. Up to 6 people can be accommodated.

Very large in the ground floor open for lunch and dinner.

There is also a swimming pool, gym and sauna at the top of the building, parking and laundry service. (12/07dv)

This brand-new and awesome apart hotel is located in the suburbs of Valencia, about 5km from the city centre in Alfafar-Albufera and next to the shopping mall complex.
