"Excellent apartments. lots of room and good facilities."

"We stayed in appartments. They were excellent, lovely and clean with excellent facilities. Clean towels were brought to use 3 times during our weeks stay. No sheet were brought though. The only problem we had was the smell of the drains outside our appartment was horrendous, this left us unable to open any windows on that side. But, i think this is a general problem all over Menorca!"

"We were pleasantly suprised at the accomodation (Need to hire a fan as no aircon) We had a ground floor 2 bed apt as requested to cater for an elderley traveller. The distance to the centre of the resort was less than 10 mins walk with a wide variety of bars and restaurants."

"good size apartments
nice location"

"No good if you like beach holidays as beaches nearby very small.
Hotel facilities very good."

"We had a ground floor apartment (No. 31) with 2 twin bedrooms, small kitchen, bathroom, lounge and a small sun terrace. The apartment was clean and well maintained although fairly basic with just enough essential items to live, cook and eat. A bonus is a good sized fridge with a separate 2 shelf freezer. There is a colour TV which costs 1 Euro per hour to watch. OK if you like Sky News, BBC World, Eurosport and several Spanish channels. I was quite alarmed to find that the patio doors were extremely insecure and 'locked' with a flimsy bit of bent wire made into a 'hook and eye' arrangement. Hire the key for the safe which is bolted to the wardrobe floor!
The Biniforcat apts are more private than most holiday apartments and some of them seem to have permanent or long term residents. There's a small swimming pool (and a smaller splash pool for the kids) surrounded by a spacious paved sunbathing area. The apartments are managed by the larger and more modern Los Lentiscos Apartments across the road where you will find the usual holiday facilities such as reception, internet access, bar, laundry, large pool, supermarket, etc.
The apartments are ideally situated for those who like a night out in bars, clubs, cafes, restaurants, etc as the resort centre 'strip' starts about 50 metres away. As for eating out in Calan Forcat / Calan Blanes / Los Delfines (it's all the same place, despite what the brochures say!) it's OK if you like Italian food as just about every eating house is a Pizzeria. There are a few Chinese places, too."

"Great holiday . Thanks Travel Republican"

"Enjoyed a great holiday at this resort, the accomodation is basic and of average standard for "last minute" holidays. Basically you pay for what you get. Rooms were clean, cots at no extra cost. Apartments are set in a great location nearby to all amenities. Only grumble was that they are advertised as including a Pay TV, however none of the rooms included this."

"We were very impressed with our stay, the apartment was spacious, clean (including chamber maid service 3 times during our ten day stay) . We had a good sized bathroom bath/shower with good water pressure! The kitchenette was basic, however it was more fun being creative about cooking meals and therefore we also had as many good meals in as we did eating out. Food did need to be stored only in the fridge or we awoke in the morning to find an army of ants hiking from the bottom floor balcony, the broom we had in the cleaning cupboard came in handy!!! I recommend this to a couple or family, as four adults may feel over crowded."
