"The hotel is not 3 star as I understand it. Breakfast was non existant and we ate out 2 mornings as there was nothing left for us as students took the lot Staff were friendly and helpful especially as my toilet leaked but it was fixed swiftly There were no drawers and the water was generally cold so showering was not brilliant. I was lucky with my room but my friends had poor rooms The decor is tatty in most parts We were looking at art so the location was convenient but I would definately not stay there again otherwise the arrangements worked really well "

This is a classic Italian apartment block.

The rooms vary in size and are well kept having just undergone renovation.

The breakfast room, situated on ground floor has a pleasant mosaic ceiling and a bright atmosphere. It has tiled flooring with wooden tables and chairs and serves a cold buffet breakfast.

This is a nice family run hotel in great location. And has just undergone renovation definitely offers value for money. D.O 02.2008

The hotel can be found 5 min walk from the main railway station and is perfect for easy access to all of Florence's major attractions.
