"This hotel is basically Butlins in the sun if you require basic food and entertainment then this is the place for you. The food is not the best and the drink service is slow if you are all inclusive."

"excellent value all inclusive.......the hotel has lots of steps and although there are lifts you cannot access the restaurant by lift.
rooms are large and could easily accommodate a family of 4 in a 1 bedroomed apartment.
Food was fantastic!! breakfast was excellent, lots of choice from cooked foods, cereals, cold meats, cheese, fruit, breads, yoghurt, cold juices, tea/coffee etc.At lunchtime ....not a huge choice but always salads, pasta, chicken nuggets, cold meats, chips/potatoes, soup, vegetables, ice-cream, cakes fruit ets............ and in the evening similar to lunchtime but always a carvery aswell.
Pool-side bar served snack during the day...consisting of pizza, hot dogs, chips and toasted sandwiches. these were available when the restaurant wasn't open.
Evening entertainment was varied and on the whole quite good.
The hotel has a resident entertainer..... a young british girl who runs the Kids Club during the day and in the evening does the Bingo, Kids Disco, and then becomes the D.J!!
Music tended to be aimed at the Rave Brigade.possibly could have done with a variation of the type of music played as most guests tended to leave after the evening entertainment as the music was very loud and modern!!"

"The hotel was perfectly clean and tidy. It was nothing fancy but had the essentials. The TV had a coin box attached to it which cost 50 cents per half hour. If you go with the right expectations for a 3 star hotel in Tenerife then you will not be disappointed. The set meal time food was fine over a week duration but would have become a bit tedious over a longer period. The pool side food was basic chips, sausages, cakes, toasted sandwiches etc so I wouldnt recommend too much of that."

"Accomodation is adequate. Food was good and rooms were clean. Property is situated up a hill and would not be suitable for elderly or infirm."

"The hotel was average for a 3 star although the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach the pool area is ok and entertainment good.
If you want something outside las americas then this hotel is not bad but be aware it is a taxi ride to the centre of las americas that is cheap also about 8 euros."

"THIS IS OUR THIRD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND ARE POSSIBLY LOOKING AT GOING BACK IN MARCH 09 AGAIN, ITS CONVENIENT, AND WITHIN BUDGET FOR A QUICK GETAWAY."

"Good food and entertainment."

"The hotel was very good. Nice room, food was good, bar staff were friendly, very big pool. However, we had money and some electrical items stolen from our room and the staff were very unhelpful. Admittedly, they did say that there was nothing could do unless the money was taken from the safe (which is what happened to another holidaymaker staying there the same time as us) but they seemed very reluctant to even talk to us about it. This put rather a large downer on the holiday. Other than that, very pleasant stay."

"Basic no frills, loose taps in gents grafiti etc you can usually knock off a star and you can in this case, I'd say good 2 star hotel, nothing really bad.
Also up 2 steep hills, but to be fare it does say that in the blurb!"

"very good value for money.would consider returning to the same,if the price was right."

"We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and then asked for a transfer, in fact we wanted to go on the monday but had to wait for another hotel, you could say you get what you pay for, i always say 1st impressions count, it was grotty, noisy very shabby, badly in need of updating, food was poor, drinks were served in plastic tumblers which is right at the pool ,but this was in the evening. There was a amplifer at the pool which was so high a conversation was not possable. If you like Butlins type holidays then it would suit you. We moved to hotel Ilsa Bonita in Costa Fanebe which is 5 minutes away with 100% improvement Thank you to Rami at Travavelrepublic for our speedy transfer, which enabled us to have a wonderful holiday."

"From the outside the hotel is like a 1960's council block. It is kept very clean by hardworking friendly staff but there is only so much you can do with whitewashed concrete.
Inside, the apartments are better than I expected. The bathroom in my apartment (410) looked newly refurbished, and the kitchen had white marble tops and a new fridge but was only equipped with a few glasses and cups and saucers. The beds were a bit rough and creaky with slats missing and the linen a bit washed out - but it was changed regularly. I knew the hotel was a 20 minute walk form the beach before I booked but I didn't realise that it was the wrong side of the motorway so you need to keep shutters and windows closed at night to reduce the noise, and cross a bridge in single file to get across to the town. The food was like school dinners (before Jamie Oliver) Roast dinner every night (mostly pork) , Chips with everything (even breakfast) and heavy sponge with tinned pinneaple for pudding. Apart from that there were plently of sunbeds, the weather was lovely, and eating out is reasonably priced if you fancy a change."

"Very good value for money i would visit again!"

"The hotel was ok, we would not return as food was adequate but had better at other 3 star hotels, pool bar was closed for refurbishment which was a pain and snacks were not readily available for all inclusive so our children were not always happy!"

"Holiday was good but hotel not up to much. Bedrooms nice as just been done up but food was not very good very basic. The hotel is three star and if you book as a package then the hotel and food you get after taking flight price off is not much so tehy say you get what you pay for."

"We had read bad reports on this hotel and i disagree! the hotel was fantastic well worth the money and very close to the town (walking distance) inspite of the steep hill we managed it with a buggy.
I was also well impressed with the hotel entertainer very helpful and friendly as an incodent occured with a small child and was resolved very quickly.
Rooms were very clean and well presented. Food was fine."

"Poor food, ok bar service, good entertainment."

"Excellent choice and variety of Food. Very impressed"

"You get out of life what you pay. This Hotel was very chep nd excellent valve for money.Second time there."

"Good friendly staff, clean hotel"

"as we only had a 3 night break it was so important for us to make sure we got a good hotel.we read a number of reviews before going and there seemed to be quite a few bad reviews, how,i do not know!the hotel was brilliant,as wa
