We thank you for a wonderful time.the Hotel was second to none in every respect, great food and room service.hotel staff really nice and very helpful. ballroom dancing and great shows every night.and to top it all, all drinks were at half price.24/ 7. very close to beach and bars .and outside market. We will be coming back to you again.once many many thanks for taking care our booking and making our holiday such a success. Have passed on our findings to our friends.and family.our kind regards from two very happy customers Mr & Mrs D.Wenlock...

There were some great restaurants.along the beach..and in the main town.. which are all close by. offering excellent meals.and at very nice prices too.

The hotel was ideal for the holiday we wanted. The room was comfortable and reasonably spacious. Armchairs would have been appreciated in the room and a few more drawers would have been useful. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly (not always our experience in Spanish hotels!)

Excellent value for money, Standard high, Menus variable and extremely enjoyable have no complaints would definately stay again if returning to Benidorm.

Really good accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy.

great hotel i would rate it 4star after staying in other hotels of that rating.our only complaint was the bad smell in rooms and corridor

I HAVE JUST SPENT CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR AT THE CALYPSO AND IT IS THE BEST TIME I HAVE EVER SPENT AT A HOTEL. THE STAFF WERE BRILLIANT AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT. I CAN NOT FIND A FAULT

Room was fine but bathroom was small, if they removed the beda? it would have been better but it was positioned in the way as soon as you walked in the bathroom.

Brilliant Hotel

the staff and service was very good. Entertainment was poor but i put that down to the time of year. Also not suitable really for young families in december. btu still had enjoyable break due to the pleasant and helpful staff.
